Top notch service. Purchased a used Nissan Leaf from Jordan Mizon. He was extremely helpful and informative. No hard sell, not pushy in the slightest. I was looking for a Nissan Juke for my wife on the website of Nissan approved used and I found what I was looking for but it was 200 miles away , I was worried because of that but Paul reassured me with all the information that I need to make my decision. I did book an appointment over the phone , I was busy at work on Friday evening, I did not have a chance to reserve the car online but when I confirmed the appointment, Paul made the order anyway and reserve it for me even without paying the 99£. I arrived before time and everything was ready and he helped me with all information that I need . Really struggling to review Trenton Nissan and I've been thinking about it for ages.... So Trenton itself is a fantastic family run firm, the staff are awesome and really helpful. They have done a couple of services on my vehicle and a warranty repair which all have been trouble free and done competently and on time. So for this I award 5 stars. But here's this thing, I am having nothing but trouble from Nissan about the corrosion on my 3 year old vehicle. Trenton have done their best, but the matter remains unresolved. For this I can only award 1 star as it's diabolical and far from the Customer Service I would expect from a company that hails from the Japanese culture of respect and self-respect. So how to rate Trenton Nissan as a combined entity? I would have no qualms using this garage for anything except buying a Nissan which is where the problem is. I have only owned one Nissan (the current one) and unless the corrosion issue is resolved to my satisfaction I won't be buying another. Whilst I have my Nissan I will confidently take it to Trenton and I will continue to enjoy their great customer service! If you have a Nissan use Trenton as they won't disappoint. If you don't have a Nissan then don't get one - particularly a Navara - according to Nissan they are designed to corrode!

Required a new car as the old one had failed its mot. Went in 3 weeks ago. Saw the car on the forecourt, expressed my interest and had a long test drive the next day. Lee, the salesman, was really efficient, answered all my questions and arranged for the car to be fully serviced, valeted and mot'd before picking up the following week. It even had a small dent on the door, which was also sorted before handover. When I collected the car, it even had some flowers in it. My mum really enjoyed these and is a really nice touch, as I don't think many other dealerships would do this. This is not the first time I've bought a car from Trenton and I think it's because they let you go at your own pace - no aggressive salesmen hounding you on the forecourt! This is the kind pressureless selling that would make me come back again and should be a template for every other dealership to adhere to.

Although we have a dealership less than a mile away from our home address, approximately one month ago we decided to travel 30 mins over to the Hull depot. We were looked after by Lee Barford and subsequently purchased a 19 plate Quashqai which Lee drove over to us on completion day. Initially we had issues with the valet which were quickly resolved, along with a query over the parcel shelf. However within a couple of days of ownership the malfunction light highlighted an issue so it was returned to our local branch to be rectified. Sadly a week after that the malfunction light came on again and indicated there was an Adblue issue. This time Lee insisted on taking ownership of the problem, drove over to collect our car and left his in lieu. It turned out we needed a new Adblue tank and this may have been a generic issue with the model. Again, Lee returned the car with a full tank of diesel, refunded the money we'd spent on Adblue and brought me more flowers. I am a great believer that anyone can sell you an item but after sales is where the respect is earnt. Although we had a disappointing start with the car itself due to the aforementioned issues I truly can't fault Lee and his after care. Nothing was too much trouble and he appeared to take great pride in making sure the customer (me!) was happy. We now love the car and will definately return to Lee for our next car as we felt he was honest with his opinions yet at no point was he pushy for a sale. Thanks Lee.

The car i bought from trenton was in reasonable price low milage and the saller was very kind. They give me free mot and four tyres as a gift when i bought the car and a free warranty for 3 monthes and there was an option if i want to upgrade the warrenry to 2 years. I have the car for 7 monthes now. When i got it there was advice and how to chose the suitable car either a desil or a petrol he asked me howmany miles i use annually and localy or motorway and after chosing the car we went in a short trip to try the car, every thing went smoothly and i liked the car as its within the budget and low milage and also enough seats for the family.
