The customer service was A1. As a disabled person I would have had difficulty getting there so they picked me up. They kept me updated every step of the way and were polite, respectful and efficient. I cannot recommend Trenton enough (especially Lee who I dealt with). If you were to ask me what could have improved the service; I really cant think of anything.

Bought a car from trenton hull and dealt with Lee can't recommend him and trenton Hull enough. Lee is lovely and really goes above and beyond to help. After having a shoddy time with another Nissan dealership my local one at that I lost faith in Nissan. But Lee couldn't be more helpful and even after the sale he checks up on the car and that I am happy with it. Lee provided the sort of customer service you would expect from a large company such as Nissan. It's such a shame that other dealerships aren't of the same quality service you'd expect. Thanks trenton Hull my only wish is that you were my local dealership instead of the one I have.

'Had problem with my Bluetooth, it would not connect to my phone to enable hands free to work. I am a Courier, and need hands free to carry out my job effectively. I have a Peugeot boxer, and rang a Peugeot main office who put me in contact to the nearest Peugeot dealer who was in Hull and if possible someone could assist me. "It sounded to good to be true", and you know something? I was wrong, A nice gentleman, I think his name was Neil, came out and sorted the situation for me. No charge! Top man. That really made my day. "Credit where credit is due....
