Arranging the MOT and Service was effortless. I also opted to replace all four tyres so this additional work was carried out at the same time as the MOT and Service. I received a video clip showing my car being inspected in the workshop. My car was washed and cleaned as well.

Really excellent service from Bristos. Dealt with Matt throughout the process who made it very easy and explained everything as we went through it. Matt also made sure that the car was valeted, MOT'd and timing belt changed. Couldn't fault the service provided and very happy with the car. The receptionist was very professional it her dealing with the loan car ,the salesman who said he would contact me regarding the end of lease procedures has not yet E mailed or phoned mewith any information. the last item is the quoted 52 pound cost of replacing wiper blades on the front windscreen , I have just changed them in 5 minutes for the cost of under 18 pounds,.

I took my Skoda in for service at Bristo a few days ago. It took several attempts to book the service a month back as their phones went unanswered. The service was all done as expected (albeit car cleaning was not that good as they l;eft it pretty streaky) but again when it came to collecting the car I phoned to see if it was ready and they did not answer their phones. Clearly short of staff but frankly not great service overall.

Decision made I booked an appointment to view. The sales team appreciated the specific details I wanted. After the test drive the decision was made and a fair offer was made for my Suzuki. Two days later I collected my shiny Yeti. Throughout the process Matthew, listened to my points and concerns, was clear, helpful and reassuring, and dealt with the change over smoothly. Thank you!

Matthew Thornhill, was the sales person who called after I expressed an interest in an approved used Skoda. I started my conversation with "trust, honesty and respect are required in any relationship or dealings, do I have yours?". After affirmation, we talked about the car, I bought it without seeing it or even a photo. Deposit paid I was asked to wait till I had seen a video of it once it had come out from being checked over. The video was sent as promised, I saw the video and then paid in full. Delivery happened when arranged, the car was as discussed, all good untill I noticed the missing towing eye. An e mail to Matt and one was in the post to me. I can only relate my dealings, and can say everything was spot on, no mucking about, no excuses, no agro, on time and as expected, my comments relate to Matt as I have never visited the showrooms or dealt with anyone else.
