P.I booked in for a full service, MOT and air conditioning service, very pleased with the service provided by Jess, she was first class in keeping me informed of what was going on and the progress of the works which went on for a few days. I had a EGR and cooler replacement on the Volvo Good will gesture scheme which Volvo paid for in full (would of been 1.6k without the service) not bad for a vehicle that is out of warranty and has done 122k miles and with this hopefully it will cover another 122k miles. Donald's were very professional and fulfilled my expectations. Manage to even wangle a few deals as well which goes a long way these days. Look forward to seeing you all again next year (and not before 😉) and thank you for the loan of the cracking C40 twin, we had a blast 😉

I showed up for a routine service but some parts were missing and when it turned out it’s going to take a few days for the parts to arrive, Alex from the service department went out of his way to organise a courtesy vehicle and make sure everything goes smoothly. He was courteous and kept me informed about everything. Been using this dealership for a few years now and their customer service is always great. Pleasure to do business with. T. H.Took our XC40 in for its first annual service. The team at Donalds are exceptional. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The service was carried out while we waited, with the car cleaned afterwards. We had a minor issue with some bulging window trim, which was examined and found to need replacing under warranty. Replacement trim ordered, with a promise to contact us to arrange the repair once the parts have arrived. All handled in a thoroughly professional manner.

J.Aaron Marsh of Donald's Volvo dealt with me from ordering to handover of my new XC40 Recharge T5 Inscription Pro, excellent service (nothing was too much trouble) and the wow factor was certainly created for the whole family at handover. Aaron is very polite, very friendly, very efficient and very understanding. A few days before the handover he was thoughtful enough to send me two videos showing me around the car and showing me the basics, I view this as excellent customer service. Without a doubt I would highly recommend Aaron and Donald's Volvo.
