Amazing welcoming experience from start to finish after feeling totally out of place in other dealerships where the receptionists and staff were so far up their backsides you would think their royalty! Turners were amazing I really can’t praise them enough, Matt was perfect down to earth, real and always there when I needed him. He had a lovely rapport with my children one of which the car was also for and just made everything so easy for us all. I could literally spend all day praising Matt and Turners overall, nothing was a issue and everything was explained from start to finish. Thank you!!

Rumour has it nestled somewhere near a Waitrose and a costa coffee is the nicest bunch of people you could have maintaining your vehicle. By golly they’re right! Called in at Turners Ipswich and was greeted by Kevin Page, we where thinking of buying a second hand Hyundai Kona. Kevin was very helpful showing us around various models of the Kona. We saw a red new Kona premium in the showroom which my wife fell in love with. We left Kevin our contact details so he could contact us with a price. Later that day he contacted me by phone with an offer on my second hand Tucson and the cost of upgrading to a new Kona. I was taken back with the deal he had put together and asked for an email copy so we could study the deal and come back to him. After receiving the deal by email I emailed back and confirmed we would go ahead as it was a lot better than we where expecting. Kevin Rang me and we confirmed the deal and payed a deposit. I collected the vehicle a week later and am over the moon with it. We cannot fault the service we had at Turners and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
