H. H.Harry was really helpful and listened to all my requirements. He exceeded expectation especially when I had selected the car I wanted. Nothing was too much. He is an asset to the company! Thank you to all the Mini staff too. I always received a warm welcome at reception and the rest of the colleagues.
a. b.Salesman made it very quick and easy for me. Whole process was two phone calls of less than five minutes, one visit of twenty minutes including a test drive and then when I collected the car I was there for no longer than ten minutes. Easy. Thanks Inchcape.

She explained things clearly and I wasn't charged for anything that didn't need doing. Can not recommend enough. Be sure to speak to Sian if you can. She was really friendly and efficient.

At the beginning of the year Sian supported us with a big ask: we needed a car with three days notice to be ready to go for a journey we needed to make to Sweden. The team worked together to make this possible and were just amazing. We are so happy with the car they found for us and the support they gave us to get on our way to Sweden. Including fitting the car with winter tyres (a requirement in Sweden!).
Last week someone reversed into me and Sian was happy to come and have a look at the car where the collision had happened - as ever, patient and understanding and quickly brought assurances that all was well.
Today I had another 'crisis' in that I put too much oil into the car. Again Sian ensured that the situation was looked at immediately (knowing that we have to go to Holland tomorrow) and the car was sorted for me this afternoon.
Sian is always so happy to help. Always cheerful and reassuring and does all she can to make sure our car needs are met. Thank you Sian! And your wonderful team too!

B. B.On-line purchase. Difficult to get hold of salesman at times, not returning calls or responding to emails. I sent an email regarding sales invoice before receiving one and have also sent an email requesting a copy of the MOT certificate and service book. This has yet to be responded to!
