K.The staff at Ipswich commercial VW are a breath of fresh air, a special thanks to Joel so polite & professional in every aspect ☆☆☆☆☆ communication is EXCELLENT 100% happy with my visit with a VW courtesy van to take away, keeped upto date in every stage with a video sent to me with a heath check of my VW amarok. My experience with all the staff at VW Ipswich was perfect the after sales which means the most to me still looking after the customer after the sale. Nothing was a problem, was very helpful with advice for wheels & urge you to check out there excellent new & used vehicles & grab a bargain! ( I'm only a very happy customer with a lovely Amarok & do not work for VW ) what a breath of fresh air!
J. L.Very friendly helpful staff and good at explaining the issues with my car. Cannot praise them enough. Also when I picked my car up they had cleaned it inside and outside very thoroughly which was an added bonus. Very good experience. Mainly down to the attitude of staff.

Would be easily 5 stars if it wasn't for the customer rest area still not being wheelchair friendly, could only get to coffee machine one way and that was very tight, but couldn't get to seating area from there without going back out and around showroom to get back to customer area.

The service receptionist Will was very helpful and knowledgeable and everything went well for my service and MOT.
Unfortunately I have one criticism. I am a very fussy person when it come to the cleanliness of my car and when I took it in it was absolutely spotless, I was asked before the service if I would like the complementary wash and vacuum, but as the car was very clean I declined.
Obviously the function of all windscreen washers and wipers was checked so i expected to have to clean the washer fluid residue from these areas.
What I didn't expect was the whole car although looked still very shiny it was covered in tree sap which is extremely hard to remove, this required 'T' cutting and then polishing back. I did phone up Ipswich Volkswagen to ask if they had any trees that overhang their vehicle compound and I was told yes they have, apparently they belong to a neighbouring property and they did overhang the compound.
This must be a problem for all cars parked there I hope something will be done regarding these trees before my next visit.

P. H.Have my VW Polo serviced here on the service contract with MOT. I use their collect service which is reliable and excellent. The video inspection with any issues is very helpful.. The staff are also excellent and make the whole service / MOT experience smooth and hassle free.
Having had x2 Golf GTDs and now a VW Polo due to low mileage / working from home so much after COVID, the cars are ultra reliable and having a full main dealer service just reassures me of the value of using proper parts / fluids and keeping to the recommended service intervals.
Overall, a happy customer of this dealership.
