Brought a car from here in the past and the service has always been top notch. Servicing and MOT work also fine. Any issues (such as the rubbish Ford badge or awful door seals) replaced for free on request. Great sales team and no pushy salesperson either. Rental team has always been a pleasure too.

Dealer kept the deal that had been made during order a year ago. A huge thank you to Charles Goodwin and all at John Grose on restoring my faith in the used car trade. I've had a real run of bad luck when purchasing cars in the past and had become completely jaded with the whole process. However, from start to finish Charles was professional, courteous and true to his word in every regard; every query I had was satisfied promptly and honestly and nothing was too much trouble. The car itself was better value then anything else Autotrader could offer and when it arrived it exceeded my expectations in every way. The delivery driver, even after a 160 mile trip was punctual and a pleasure to deal with. A testament to the integrity of John Grose is that despite the car having over 9 months remaining on the MOT they gave it a new one anyway and furnished me with a brand new tyre without me even asking. I shall be using John Grose again and again in the future and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had the pleasure of buying a Ford garanteed used car with Fabio. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and all my requests were fulfilled. The car was delivered on the requested day without any delay or problem. Although it was a used car, the internal and external conditions were like new and they also changed any partially worn mechanical part. The car came with full service history and got an MOT few days before delivery. Hope to deal with them again in future.

Great place. James made buying a new car from a distance very, very smooth and easy. The salesman was new to the job but couldn't be faulted. I came away with a different car which I am quite pleased with. Parking is a bit limited if popping in for a browse. There seemed to be quite a varied selection to choose from. Recommended . Only problem I had was how to pay for the car! Didn't take cash,didn't accept cheques over a certain value. Ended up at the Bank who transferred the money for me.

Cannot be faulted. Prices were spot on! The car is fantastic, and the level of customer care is something I've not experienced. These guys cannot do enough to help you out, and it seems they know everything they need to know about their jobs as all questions were answers accurately and FAST. The staff is really friendly but for a simple replacement of a side mirror cover I had to leave the car all day. At first it was going to be done while I wait then I was told in a couple of hours but after I left they called me to say that they don't even have the part! So it would be further delayed. In the end it did work out.

I have bought 2 vehicles from John Grose in the past 6 months. A kuga for myself and a Echosport for my wife. Both with no fuss or trouble whats so ever. Get your price of the vehicle online then phone the dealer. I spoke to Mathew Blower this time , my first vehicle was Stuart Morgan . Explained that i had a part exchange but seeing as it was late on a saturday i could not get a value until the Monday Got a value for my part exchange on the Monday morning and the deal was done. Paid a deposit , got emailed all the documents that afternoon. Documents printed ,signed ,scanned and returned on the Tuesday. Ford credit required bank statements which were duly sent to them on the Friday. I was then given 4 dates as to when to pick up the car. I chose the Thursday. On arrival at the dealer I was greeted warmly by the reception lady and directed to Mathews desk. Mathew greeted us just as warmly, we viewed the car and gave him the keys to the part exchange. On his return he said everything was fine and the signatures were all that was left to done. Original documents were handed over and all the other documents explained. It was also explained that we had got 1 weeks extra road tax as it was so close to the end of the month. At this point the sales manager came over, he introduced himself and thanked us for returning to the dealership . He asked if there was any problems or anything else that could be done to improve the purchase to which we replied it was all fine. We were then escorted back to our new vehicle when it was noticed that there was a crack in the number plate. We were assured by Mathew it wasn't a problem and he would get a new one made and sent to us if I was happy to fit it myself. This was fine. Overall it took twelve days to purchase and collect the Echosport. Can't be bad

Went to get a financial quote and never had a friendlier salesman. Will Songer made us feel like we were talking to someone who didn't want our cash we were talking to someone who wanted to find us the best car and the option for us. I have recently been to Audi, Suzuki, Mini and BMW dealerships. Mini want your cash. Audi 'are good but Ford is better. Suzuki doesn't seem to care too much. BMW didn't offer a test drive as I wasn't "dedicated to the elite club" Definitely making sure I deal with Ford from now on with all my cars!
