L. M.I bought a BMW 650i from Marcus James two weeks ago and can highly recommend them. Mark was very professional and patient, happy to answer all my questions on a couple of consecutive weekends and to give me space to inspect the car and think about the purchase without applying any pressure.
There was a suspected problem with the battery that transpired when buying the car and Mark promised to cover the cost of it, if indeed it turned out to be faulty. He was true to his word and I got refunded for the cost of the replacement battery within 24 hours.
I would highly recommend Mark and Marcus James Cars.

R. B.In an industry where reputation is everything I can only say that you can trust Mark 100%. We recently agreed on a purchase of a pretty expensive vehicle with Marcus James Cars and Mark looked after the purchase and we agreed figures over the phone without either of us seeing the vehicles in question. The car which he agreed to deliver, a round trip of over 320 miles was as described and looked amazing when he arrived. However as Mark stepped out of the car he was immediately up front about the fact that he had experienced an issue with the car on the journey North. As such the transaction did not take place, but it would have been very easy for Mark to have said nothing as it was the kind of fault which would probably not have been evident immediately to us. But not a bit, he offered to stay over in a hotel and take the car to a local agents the next day to be checked and hopefully repaired or a refund in full on the spot. You are a credit to your business and an example to the motor trade profession Mark and we would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. Thank you.

A. C.I bought my first car ever from Marcus James Cars at the end of April 2017. I found them via Autotrader and the posting for my car was accurate and honest with a lot of photographs. I booked in for a test drive over the phone and they let me have a good long one. When I found that the rear brake pads and discs needed replaced, they did it no problem and for no charge.
The staff clearly know cars, Mark Thornton in particular helped me, and he was very happy to answer questions and didn't push for a hard sale or mislead me in anyway. They handled all the owner/keeper information with the DVLA for me too.
Really pleased and impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them.
