D. H.Last weekend my wife and I collected our “new” Elddis Crusader Aurora we bought from Marquis caravans in Ipswich. We live in the Netherlands and because of the price difference (Brexit) and more choice in Elddis caravans we decided to import a caravan from the UK. We selected Marquis caravans in Ipswich because It’s the biggest used caravan dealer near Harwich port. The selection for the right caravan and trade deal with Luke Simpson was completed only through emails and a few telephone calls.
The service of Marquis caravan was spot on. All the 220V socket were changed, the caravan was fully checked, serviced, cleaned & polished and all documentation were there. For the handover they took all time of the world and showed us how all things work. Back in the NL the registration of the caravan was no problem al all.
