S. K.From the moment we drove into Sharmans Caravans, we knew that we would be buying a new caravan from them. Extremely helpful, kept us informed every step of the way whilst waiting for delivery. Our coachman vip 575 came with a few teething problems but were sorted out promptly and we are now enjoying our van, definitely recommend the company. Thanks Ben for all your help and understanding, and Lisa for her help.

D. C.I bought a Whale high pressure water pump from Sharman's during May whilst in our caravan locally as the original pump failed. Less than a month later the same pump also failed and I had to go to another Caravan centre to purchase another new pump this time in Hampshire. Upon contacting Paul from Sharman's he asked that we return it for a full refund which we did on returning back home. Not only did we receive a full refund for the pump but Sharman's also refunded me the cost of postage which came as a complete surprise. That is customer care at its finest and I would have no qualms in recommending them if you happen to be in the Ipswich/Suffolk area.

A. P.What a great company this is. The electrics failed on our caravan, but they fitted us in, ordered parts and repaired it in time for our holiday, even though they were already fully booked. Paul, Lisa and the mechanics did a great job - based on this experience we would thoroughly recommend them.

We bought 2 identical caravans with friends, and whilst there were delays - due to problems at the ports (Brexit), we were kept advised and fully engaged. M. S.I have had the misfortune to have damaged the bodywork twice on my caravan. The first time, about four years ago, there was a rip along virtually the whole side. On both occasions the repairs were absolutely faultless. Perfect paint match and no sign of any flaws in the bodywork.
