BEST USED CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE, EVER! 😃 I don’t normally have time to write reviews and have been waiting for a chance to write a review about Vision Prestige car sales, in particular, about the owner Kevin. My old car packed up and so needed a replacement. It was just before Christmas last year and with a budget of about £5000 I searched on auto-trader within a radius of about 30miles (I live in Loughton, Essex) but couldn’t find anything that fitted all our requirements. I decided to expand much further afield and came across a lovely looking golf estate at Vision Prestige. From the first phone call with Kevin he blew me away with his amazing customer service and meticulous attention to detail. Any question I had he answered brilliantly and most important he was honest and upfront right from the beginning. I was going to take my old car to the scrapyard but he said he would dispose of it for me which was another added bonus/relief. The car I bought from Kevin was in immaculate condition inside and out. The whole process of buying was professional and efficient. It was clear from the beginning and with every interaction I had with Kevin that the happiness of the customer was more important to him than anything. This is very rare to come across in this day and age so it was well worth that extra drive outside my local area to purchase this car. He went above and beyond to make my car buying experience as stress free as possible and provided with me with a lovely reliable family car. Thanks Kevin. Vision Prestige will always be my first place to look when ever buying a used car in the future.

I did A LOT of shopping around and I had contacted a fair few dealers, but the service Kevin gave was outstanding. I've dealt with some questionable dealers in the past, and seeing the condition of the car, and the immaculate service history, I was thinking this was a bit too good to be true when compared to similar models at the same price. This wasn't a cheap car by any means, but like so many things in life, you get what you pay for. Kevin was extremely helpful and patient (I had delays on my side, which unfortunately left Kevin waiting on me) so I think it's easy to say he was a pleasure to deal with and I would have no problem recommending him to anyone else. He was unfazed by the barrage of questions I had to fire at him, no matter how fussy they seemed, and he had no problem with showing me every nook and cranny of the car, which really gave my peace of mind. All-in-all, a happy purchase, and so nice to deal with a dealer that is helpful, friendly and genuine.

Great experience from start to finish. Kevin is a very friendly and welcoming guy, very knowledgeable about cars and ready to answer any questions you have. No pressure sales techniques which is great as buying a car can be quite daunting but Kevin helps make you feel at ease throughout the whole process. Absolutely outstanding service. We bought a Honda Civic I-Vtec from Vision prestige 6 years ago. The car has been fantastic with no issues and such a joy to drive.
