From a warm and friendly welcome to driving away in my new DB11 V8 and everything in between....
The whole experience was amazing, Jack was the most accommodating non pressure manager I have ever met, he explained all the finance options and answered all my questions. I never expected to be able to drive another DB11 again but with sound advice I was able to make a decision I was comfortable with .
Paul was there for the paperwork and again his level of help was second to none, the handover was seamless and relaxed, Paul has been in contact since collection and the genuine level of concern that I am happy, is so unlike ANY dealership I have ever dealt with.
If you are serious about purchasing an Aston Martin .....?, then Aston Martin Leeds is well worth the 3.5 hour drive from Bristol.

From the first contact you know you’re dealing with a professional outfit. Connor was articulate knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. Arranging the test drive was a seamless process and Connor even contacted me on the day of the test drive to confirm arrangements. Walking in the door I was greeted warmly, offered a drink and taken to the showroom. I was given a detailed walk around the car before taking the car out. The test drive gave an opportunity to drive the car in variety of situations (in traffic, A roads, motorways etc.) to make sure it would be a good fit. Connor was open about a few outstanding bits of work that would be completed before purchase, so I never felt like they were hiding something. We negotiated a deal that worked for both parties and agreed a timeframe to complete the purchase. Connor rang me to make sure I had all the documentation etc. to complete the purchase. All the work was done as stated previously and the handover went smoothly. There was plenty of fuel in the car and Connor has since been in touch to make sure I’m happy with it.
Altogether a professional and courteous service from start to finish.

This was without doubt the best car buying experience I have had. On our first visit to the showroom Connor made myself and my wife feel very welcome and was always friendly and attentive without being made to feel pressurised in making important decisions. The test drive was great as Connor lead the way along unfamiliar roads so my wife and I could follow and review how the car drove together. On the second visit to collect my new car, a personal congratulations banner was posted next to my car which was under a cover. This was such a great surprise and made such a special moment. In conclusion Connor was an absolute professional and even took time out on his days off to answer a number of questions I had before collecting the car. Other car sales persons would do well to take a leaf out of his book. He also collected us from the train station. Other staff we met were also very friendly and helpful. Overall a brilliant experience and would highly recommend Aston Martin in Leeds.

Connor was very welcoming as soon as we walked into the dealership, he was very knowledgeable with all questions regarding the car and arranging a test drive. His organisation and communication skills went above and beyond what is expected, even calling us on his days off to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing. After a great experience with the Bentley dealer in Leeds I thought I would send my DB11 for its service to Aston Martin Leeds in January.
Very disappointed, there was no service sheet in the car on collection by trailer, the service book had not been stamped, the person on the reception phone could do with a course at charm school for a start. we rang and said we would send some on over to stamp the service book, a round trip of 160 miles, we were told they could not find the book, it was in the boot so not looked for very hard. When visiting to get the book stamped a service sheet was provided but again the receptionist was obviously having a bad day. doubt I will be back

I've only had my Vantage a week but had to leave a quick review for Aston Martin Leeds.
Everyone who I've dealt with there; from sales, to service, and workshop have been an absolute pleasure. Visited the showroom just to gather information on the different Aston Martin cars available, as I knew very little about the various models. Paul, my consultant, was informative and extremely helpful. The visit ended with a test drive. Much to my surprise!
I liked two models the DB11 and the DBS and returned for a second visit to confirm my thoughts. Paul was again available, with all my questions and queries answered simply, patiently and with an obvious in depth but practical knowledge.
During all this time I did not feel pressured to make any decisions and the entire purchase was made as comfortable as possible. The DBS won out and I collected the vehicle recently. Paul went through all the controls and ensured the relevant paperwork, insurance, tax and tracker functions were in place. Even assisting with pairing my mobile to the handsfree facility!
Highly recommend - which is unusual as I do not usually participate in reviews.

After my first enquiry i was sent a personal video of the car and received really prompt and accurate information all the way through the process with no pushy sales tactics!.
The car had to come back for some work which went on longer than expected due to no fault of AM but they looked after me with demonstrator cars and made sure i was kept upto date.
I highly recommend Aston Martin Leeds and specifically Connor who has been a top guy to deal with - very knowledgeable and relaxed in his approach.

I must praise James and his team in the After Sales / Service department. After finding I had an issue with my Vantage on the last day of my warranty. James arranged to take my car in on the same day I phoned in to report the leak. I was kept informed as to how the job was progressing. And when I got my car back it was nicely cleaned and all sorted. This is not the first time I have received this quality of service from the team. Bought a car from these guys on Saturday. Connor was very helpful from my initial enquiry to when we left the showroom. We had our DB9 in for the anti corrosion warranty work and we are completely delighted with the outstanding finish of the car. It has brought it back to mint condition! I rang AM Leeds three days ago as my car was overdue it's service, they booked it in straight away for me no problem and fitted it in with my own time constraints while I was in Leeds. They gave me a guaranteed fixed price for the service, which to say for the marque of the vehicle was very reasonable. As I had to be at an appointment very early, the young man called Josh in the service dept who booked it in actually offered to come in earlier than his start time to help me out. My car was serviced and ready for the exact time I was told it would be. When I collected it I had a few questions i needed to know about my car and yet again Josh took the time to answer me them in a very professional and unhurried manner.
Would I have my car serviced here again?
