I booked over the weekend and was impressed with how quickly my emails were being responded to. On the day of the booking, the person responsible for the valet turned up on time. I wasn't there when the valet was completed. On my return I was concerned about few things, I rang the company and the owner came back, with the cleaner immediately and spent another two hours, on top on the original 4 that they had spent. I was very impressed with the owners dedication to his business and providing the very best service. Overall very happy with the end result. Keep the good work up.

After years of finishing our Project car, we wanted to give it the final sparkling clean it deserved. Called out AP Valeting and Aaron came to do the job on a sweltering hot day. We weren't disappointed with the finished article - he did an outstanding job inside and out. Our 30 year old car now looks like new. Aaron is very busy, and for good reason. He did a fantastic job on an old car that had been a bit neglected (not cleaned or washed) for a couple of years. Interior and exterior haven't looked (or smelt) this good for a long time! Very reasonable rate for the time spent, very nice bloke as well. Great mobile service.

Just got my self the ultimate vallet for my Mazda 6 MPS and must say that I've never seen the car look this good. It's a 13 year old car and literally had the stinkiest smells coming from the upholstery that no amount of febreze would remove but the car is now smelling fresh as a daisy. The outside is absolutely gleaming. Very professional guy who doesnt rush anything and I would definitely use again. Also was given a complimentary car spray which smells amazing. 10 out of 10.

We have just had our Audi Q5 cleaned, polished with best ever gloss finish, It now looks looks like it has just come out of the showroom. Inside and out has been finished to such a high spec, the wheels are gleaming and the interior is spotless. I was disappointed with my last valet with another company, so I looked around online and found Auto Prestige Valeting. Their website looks very professional and it details what is included for each type of valet in an exceptional way, which is so easy and simple to find what you want or need doing to your vehicle. It also clearly lists the prices for each type of valet with any additional extra services that may be required so you know what to expect. I opted for a full interior valet with pet hair removal. I rang to book an appointment and spoke to Aaron who was very helpful, friendly and professional. He managed to get me booked in for that very same day due to a cancellation. He arrived at my house and straight away found mould under the car mats which the other company obviously didn't even touch. Aaron assured me he would sort it all out and he quickly got to work in very wet and rainy conditions. When he had finished he made sure I could properly inspect the interior of the car and I was really impressed at how clean he had made it, given the amount of dog hairs left by the previous owner. He pointed out that there were still some dog hairs ingrained in the carpet and that he was unable to get them all out in one session. He didn't charge me the full amount for pet hair removal and I thought the price he charged was extremely good value for his fantastic effort and the good high standard of work done on the interior. A very honest and good business man indeed! I am very happy with Aaron's work, my car smells amazing and I can no longer smell the dog odour. It looks so much cleaner inside, the dog hairs aren't as noticeable and eventually after a few valets they should disappear. I will definitely be using Aaron's services again and I would highly recommend him. Easy 5 star rating for me.

I must say that I was impressed with APV - convenient, good service and decent value. Would recommend. I always like reviews that summarise the "user journey" so here's what I did: - Went to the website - Picked the valet service I wanted (Silver valet for a medium size car) - Picked the date and time I wanted from a calendar - Put in my card details and paid - Got a confirmation email saying that APV would be in touch to confirm availability for the date/time I wanted (was a bit concerned at this stage as I had already paid but they followed through so it all turned out OK) - Received an email & text message officially confirming the appointment a day or so later - Got another text reminder the night before - A friendly chap turned up outside my house in his van - I gave him my car key and let him crack on (didn't need access to a water source or anything like that, he just got straight to work) - After an hour and a bit he was finished; rang on the doorbell and showed me his work to check that I was happy with it - I thanked him and then off he went The guy's name was Michael and he really did a great job - car was immaculate.

We had some bad mould in one of our cars and as it’s quite an old vehicle was considering giving up on it and getting a new one! I thought before giving up, I’d have a look on Google and see if anyone in the Leeds area could do car mould removal and I found these guys! They came this morning and whilst it took them 5 hours, as a sizeable effort, they have done an absolutely fantastic job at a very reasonable price!
