I've had the Renault Clio 8 months now and it's so reliable and nice to drive. Great friendly and helpful parts department. Service guys nice and welcoming. Only thing is that the sales people seemed like they don't really care if you're not there to directly approach them. Surely someone coming in for a repair is worth a sales person coming over for a chat? I mean, I was there for over an hour and not one of them came for a chat or to even try and tempt me into looking at a car. Who's to say that I wouldn't be open to looking at upgrading my car....? They seemed more interested in photographing a Landrover and completely ignored me. I am actually in the market for a new car but they never bothered to ask.......

These things happen, but it's how they are dealt with by the dealer that can either exacerbate or resolve an issue. Andrew the Service Manager was great. The young man on the front desk was very warm and welcoming offering me assistance, i explained my situation and he explained that the sales was busy with other customers. He talked me round the Captur and Kadjar. Shortly after he introduced me to a sales guy (Jake or Jordan) who was just as forthcoming as the guy on the desk. Great place and great people. It was very early this morning and me and my kids walked in to dealership we’re you could see the staff we happy to be there.
