One of the best car buying experiences ever. Gavin and the team really know the meaning of customer service. Bought a LR Discovery Sport from them in Q4 2021. Saw the ad online - rang them up on a Saturday and asked for a personal video of the car. Gavin obliged and send me one within 3 hours. Thereafter we communicated back and forth for a few hours before agreeing a price. The car was subsequenlty delivered a week later and it was immaculate. Gavin takes a lot of pride in making sure the car has that 'just out of the showrooom' feel. We had a small issue with the sun visor, but once again Gavin exceled at resolving the problem without any fuss at all. CarSynergy is great at appreciating what customers want and ensures that they are treated extrememly well. Would definately buy from him again. Dee

I purchased a Merc A Class 220d Premium Plus Saloon, It was the colour and the spec I had been looking for, I called them whilst traveling to Manchester airport from Scotland I asked for a personal video of the car. Gavin obliged and sent me one within an hour. I asked for a part exchange value on my High spec BMW and he returned my call with a valuation within 30 mins. As I was heading away on holiday, I asked if i could secure the purchase with a deposit, then complete the deal fully in 3 weeks time. Again that was no problem at all.The car when getting checked out was found to have some slight damage on the panoramic glass panel between the sunroof and front windscreen. Gavin called me emeadiately to tell me about this and that it would be booked in and rectified at a Mercedes garage near to me and they would cover all costs. After collecting the car, again seemless and easy, and before I had returned to Montrose Steve had ordered the part and booked my car in to be repaired. I recieved an email from Mercedes Dundee with the booking refference through CarSynergy. After the repair I collected the car and all costs had been paid over the phone as promised by CarSynergy. I could not fault how slick and proffesional these guys are, I would highly recommend, I would purchase from CarSynergy again in the future and have recommended them to friends and work colleagues. Received my BMW M135i from Carsynergy two days ago. Such an easy process from start to finish. Phoned on the Wednesday to enquire about the car and being 4 hours away, I couldn't test drive. Spoke with Macaulay all through and he sent me all info and videos that I needed. Even went the extra mile to find out previous history of the car from the previous owner when I asked. I had the car by the following Tuesday in mint condition and I couldn't be happier. Macaulay was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had the car on the Tuesday and what a sound guy he is. Stayed with me to make sure everything such as tax was sorted before driving away. Would definitely recommend 👍

From beginning to end, the process was flawless and Steve was absolutely brilliant. I saw the car on Saturday morning, but it might already have been sold. Steve looked into this and confirmed it hadn't yet. Being about 200 miles away, I was unable to physically see it, but talking to Steve on the phone and the reviews I read gave the confidence that Car Synergy are professional. I paid the deposit and Steve kept me updated over the week as there was a battery to change and then get it ready to be delivered to me, which they arranged. On the day of delivery due to circumstances beyond anyones control, the car may not be delivered, Steve let me know very early on. Then within 30 minutes he rang back and said MaCauly will be driving it. Three hours later the car turned up, pristine condition just like the pictures and described. I've bought cars from dealers before, none have given this level of service or attention, and I wholeheartedly recommend Car Synergy.

Sorry this has take about 5 months to do but here goes I bought a land rover discovery from them and its been totally amazing. They prepared the car really well, replaced all the discs and pads, tyres and did the cam belt all with in the price! They gave me a good price for my audi a6 on px (better than most) and after a week of the bad sort journey's we do as a family the battery showed its age but a few text messages and they paid for halfords to replace it with a brand new one. Bottom line is when I want another car I will be going straight back to carsynergy-uk and I would advise anyone to use them if there after a new/used car! They really did make it a quick and easy process and were very true to there word. TOP service 👌 so thank you again and see you In a few years time!!

I never got to see the car before I purchased it (I live 360miles away from the garage) I was reassured constantly it was a very smooth transaction. I love the car it’s just as it was described . The delivery day went smooth and h there was no problems at all, and what a great delivery price, I nearly fell off my chair with joy 🤩 . Quick, friendly and stress free Saw a car we liked online and within 7 days it is on our drive with our own private number plate having been prepared anew & transferred by Car Synergy.
