First time there. I was very impressed with the service person and the actual 18k Puma titanium car service. They did everything properly, as I checked what they did, and all spot on. And better value than Trust Ford Castleford and others. I don't usually "highly recommend" but will do this time. Edit. 4th May ,2022. Now done 36000 mile's service. Again first class service. Just bought my second car a fiesta from these guys. As always a positive experience, great customer service, dealt with in a professional way with vast knowledge on the cars they sell. Set up for covid and keeping everyone safe, all infection control, health and safety measures in place. Yet again a fantastic buying experience in a covid safe environment. From a year ago : Such lovely staff, polite courteous, keep you informed on the progress of your car during servicing and most of all do a great job. Would never go any where again for my motoring needs would highly recommend both parts, mot, servicing and sales all of whom i have used recently for my ford fiesta

Went to Coopers to check out the vehicle today, i did speak to Mr Taylor on the phone before going in to see the Connet. He greated me with a warm welcome made sure i was ok and shown me the vehicle and sadly it didnt tick my boxs so i just left it as it is. There was no pressure whatso ever from this easy going guy. 2014 Focus titanium x Went to view the car one Sun after speaking to their sales person Simon , was shown around the car and had controls etc explained then went for a test drive . The car was immaculately presented and the whole buying experience completely relaxed and under no pressure whatsoever . l returned the following Sun to finalise the sale and collect the car with which l am delighted , an excellent car at a very reasonble price . Recently saw, online, a Kuga for sale at this garage. The car was very reasonably priced and so my wife and I called in, with some trepidation for fear of being hassled, to have a look at the car. We need not have worried. We were left alone to have a good look around the car before Mike came out to see if he could help. There was absolutely no pressure and the discussion was very informative and most of all relaxed and friendly. We immediately took the car for a test drive, following which we made the decision to make the purchase. Mike made us feel at ease, was more than happy to answer our many questions and guided us through the whole buying process. We collected the car last Friday and could not be happier with it. We would not hesitate to use Coopers again in the future and can definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Nice friendly staff. Sadly they won't budge on the price on any of their vehicles so best to avoid altogether. Cars are overpriced with at least £1500 margin in every one and generally underspecced as well. Be very careful and do your research. Any doubt, walk away.

Simon B has a very professional manner he is courteous and very easy to get on with. Nothing is too much trouble for him at all.
