Really easy to buy a Car from Leeds while sat at home in South Wales. Steve and Aaqib were awesome throughout the whole process, getting all the documents ready before I made the 4-hour journey up there. When I arrived, the Car was waiting. I won't spoiler the surprise but wow, the presentation was nothing I could imagine but made the whole car buying journey amazing and something I won’t forget! A+ from start to finish! However they bent over backwards to try and compensate the situation and the Nick Hunter in Sales was a super friendly guy, couldn’t do enough for you. A total asset to their team. Very impressed. From first contact by phone with Sefan I felt confident to travel the 120 miles to the Leeds branch that had the car we wanted. When we arrived Sefan was busy, so Vaughan stepped in for the test drive, giving us all the facts we needed with no sales pressure. Outstanding service from Vaughn at the Leeds branch. Nothing was too much trouble for him, a good long test drive of the car each for my husband and me with absolutely no pressure from Vaughn to buy. Vaughn provided patient and thorough explanations of the car’s features and highlighted (very) minor defects on the car. He also gave very clear information about buying options, again with no pressure to take out finance. I recently purchased a used car from D M Keith and I was extremely happy and impressed with the entire process. I was looking to replace my current car and I couldn’t decide whether to go with a Fabia estate, Octavia or Scala. The sales executive I dealt with was Nick Hunter who was a pleasure to deal with throughout, and really couldn’t have done anymore to help us. He was happy for me to try all three cars and was extremely patient with us whilst I was deciding which model was best for us and provided us with a wealth of knowledge to assist in the process. Desperately needed a car as mine had been written off in flood water. Spoke to a salesman called Charlie who helped me find the perfect car for me. Issue was it was at a different dealership. Explained that i needed the car ASAP he collected it for me and brought it back to leeds and organised the finance and handover for the following day. My Skoda Rapid was booked in at D.M.Keith Huddersfield for a problem with the vehicles "Idling speed....viz 1050 rpm" I had bought the car used from Arnold Clarkes and under the terms of their warranty it had firstly been to their dealership in Huddersfield. I went to this dealer to enquire about a Skoda Enyaq. The service was pretty good, the features were explained well and quite a reasonable deal was presented after a bit of haggling. In order to "hold the deal" a £250 refundable deposit was requested which I paid soon after. I had test driven the car once at this stage and requested a second extended test drive which I took a few days later. I made it clear that an order would be subject to this extended drive. Having driven the car a second time, I decided that I did not like the car enough to enter a four year PCP and spend £35k on it. I informed the salesman of my decision via email a couple fo days later and took the time to thank him for his time and effort but explained that ultimately the car did not feel right for me. I also requested my deposit back. I was slightly surprised when my email was completely ignored. The veneer of a friendly dealership seemed to fade pretty quickly when I was no longer interested in the car, which is a bit of shame as I am still in the market for a new car however almost feel slightly unwelcome at this dealer. Infact, so much so, that I went to the Huddersfield dealer to enquire about the Octavia VRS IV. More annoyingly I had to call 3 times to get an update on my deposit and then wait almost ten days for it to be paid back. Most car dealers do not seem to think about anything other than the current sale and having read the reviews for this dealer, which are generally positive I hoped they would be different I have been left slightly disappointed.

Bought a car from DM Keith Grimsby last month and the service throughout the sale was good, all done over email and phone which was easy and efficient and I love the car I got. However, I opted to pay 25 pound for fuel to be put in for the car arriving which I never received or never got put into the car before receiving it. I’ve sent many emails and had a phone call trying to get this money back and a month later I’ve got no further forward or heard when I’ll get that. So service is good before the sale, however once you’ve bought the car, they seem like they couldn’t care less with very little help.

Haven't bought a car from a dealership in a long time due to the last bad experience I had. Went to see a car at Skoda in Leeds, all very pleasant by phone to make arrangements to view a car. When we got there the car wasn't available, as someone else had reserved it. Ok! So we found another online with the help of a salesman. Paid a holding deposit. It then took a week for the car to arrive from Bradford, (approx 15 miles) We then went to test drive this car & everything seemed fine & we agreed to buy. But needed service, MOT (although doesn't need one till Nov) car valet, some buffing up on body work & all car checks etc. This took 3days, which was like magic now they have a sale! Everything is done remotely, Bank transfers, Tax, DVLA transfers etc. All very slick if it goes well, but here's the down side. 1) We were given the wrong Reg number initially 2) No one answers the telephone number I was given, which I think was like a switch/reception 3) Tel number & extension of salesman wrong as there was a digit short 4) No service manual when we got home, so not sure it's been serviced 5) All paper work/invoices etc comes via email, which I hope to get asap. This all sounds like a gripe, it's not meant to. I know every one is working differently, but if you can just get the basics sorted you would have got 5 stars. I think the salesman was glad to see the back of us, as I ask too many questions

Recently had a paintwork issue on the tailgate of my 2014 Octavia estate that wasn't covered by the Skoda extended paintwork warranty despite it being a manufacturing defect. Both Dale at D M Keith Hull, and Matt at the paint shop in Leeds persevered for months until eventually a way was found for this to be repaired under warranty at no cost to myself. Cannot fault D M Keith's handling of this issue - it reflects the genuine concern for customers and their vehicles that has always impressed me and kept me going back to D M Keith Hull for years. The car was collected from my home and a loan car left for my use. Once D M Keith examined the tailgate closely, they decided it needed a complete new tailgate so had to await authorisation from Skoda for this. Throughout, I was kept updated and having got the car back last week, I have to say I'm very pleased with the outcome and the quality of work, and very grateful for all their efforts on my behalf. Full marks to the D M Keith brand on this one - the car's good now for another 80,000 miles and beyond!

Firstly I was looked after really well when I took my 2015 Octavia VRS Estate in for a service and SMARTLink activation.
