Could not of asked for a better bunch! Barney assisted me with finding my A class and even managed to get it delivered earlier than expected. Throughout the entire time Barney answered all my questions and was an all round top bloke. Also big shout out to Sean the driver who got it down in great time too! Highly recommend DB for everyone!

Just acquired an E220D from DB & I’ve got to say, I couldn’t be happier with the car! They do have a unique process but I found it to be very casual. Having to use WhatsApp/insta to find a car that I like and style it exactly the way I wanted was so easy! Dami was great to deal with and was quick to respond with queries that I had etc. Would recommend!

I first came across DB Automotive on Instagram and was a little hesitant to deal with an unknown company in this way, so messaged them to start things off. From the very start they were helpful and provided ongoing support in answering all the questions I had. I ended up dealing with Barney, who couldn’t have been any more helpful. He helped me in finding the right car and then supported me in working through the further customisations I wanted doing to the car. Couldn't recommend DB Automotive anymore. Fantastic service start to finish!, would like to mention Ross who I dealt with predominately. Every time I asked a question (as stupid as they may be) he came back with an answer within minuets, whatever the time of day it may have been(sorry for the late night questions mate). I am 20 years old and this was a first time for me using a PCP finance and wasn't sure how it worked, I found the process easy and smooth to understand because of Ross. Recently bought a lovely 2017 Audi A1 from DB Automotive and dealt with a salesman called Ross. People told me to be wary about buying a car online without being able to test drive it - which honestly made me a little nervous, however, its worked out perfectly and been a really simple process. Ross reassured from the beginning that everything would be fine and should any issues arise (which they didn't) then they would be put right. I told him exactly what car i wanted and what my monthly budget was. Ross found me the perfect car to suit me and within a week of the finance being arranged the car was delivered by Dave in immaculate condition with the original manufacturers handbook and service history. Really pleased and will do the same again when its time to change my car. Thank you guys :-)

I don't even know where to start but fantastic customer service. Despite me changing my mind twice Ross and his team were able to put in all the work to make sure I got the car I wanted. Ive been looking for a new car for a couple of month and after speaking to a few companies, I found that the level of service was quite slow. 2-3 days to respond to simple questions. I contacted Dom through LinkedIn and needless to say he was the complete opposite - very attentive, never pushed the boundaries and listen to what I was looking for. Within the 2-3 days it was taking other companies to to reply, Dom had sourced 3 different specs of the car I was looking for, finally agreeing one on.
