I personally dealt with Marc who not only knows everything and more about cars he also has mastered the art of customer service. I told Marc which car I wanted and within 24 hours he had found me one witch a much better look and spec. These guys make the sale so easy and smooth, there a trusted seller, no messing about. What a great team! These guys have sold some fantastic high spec cars to me over the past couple of years and sold my used cars on my behalf, at a good price, for a modest fee, instead of chipping away at my equity and then selling it on at a fat profit like most dealers! I drop in from time to time, get offered coffee, and wander round some very special cars. Very friendly and helpful staff are on hand but not pushy. Well worth talking to them before a change, and they can source cars if they haven't got anything to suit. Thanks F12.

Having dealt with many car dealers over the years, Mark and the team at F12 are in a class of their own. Mark was prompt, honest and thorough and stuck to his word throughout the whole process. Even collection was made simple by dealing with the paperwork in advance so that I could drive my SQ7 away without delay. F12 Performance have a fantastic selection of high end performance cars, and the staff we're extremely helpful with any queries and getting me sorted with my new Mustang GT. The ceramic coating that was done to the car was amazing and I'd highly recommend this to anyone. Makes the cleaning process much easier and the pain shine like new every time. Marc looked after me right the way through and followed up numerous times afterwards to make sure everything was going OK. I would highly recommend the team at F12 Performance and will no doubt be back in the future when I'm after another new car.

Recently purchased a Toyota Yaris GR4 from F 12 Performance ( Leeds) , I dealt with Marc and he could not have been more helpful. As lm from Preston there needed to be phone calls and emails between us to get the deal over the line. On collection day the car presented was immaculate and Marc even run me to the bank when a little problem arose and to top the deal off they put some fuel in for me too ! The Leeds showroom has a fantastic collection of high-spec cars, all presented to a very high standard. Sales team are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Cars were very reasonably priced. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

F12 have some amazing cars in stock. No pressure sales. Really pleased with the quality of vehicle I purchased. Marc who looked after me clearly knows his stuff.

F12 Performance cars Leeds. Having found just the car I was looking for (RS4 B9 Avant). Sales personal, in particular David , bent over backwards in getting the deal done. No problems there. However , once getting the car home, I noticed that the car had an odd tyre, 3 corners having Michelin Pilot PS4's tyres, but the 4th was a Bridgestone run flat that had been repair plugged! Mixed tyres and an illegal run flat repair is a definite NO! Car had supposedly been inspected by Audi, but this was not picked up on (really?). Long story short, it took three weeks for F12 to finally pay for a replacement correct tyre. Somewhat disappointing. Car also came missing its 10 digit Audi keycode for online connection. Despite constant asking Marc and David for this to be sorted, my requests have been ignored (A cost of £46.50 on a £57k car?) I therefore put the car into my local Audi dealership for a full health check, lots of small things found, fasteners under the car missing? Front dampers will require replacement within the next year. Having bought many high end cars over the years, I would say my experience with F12 to be average at best.
