He came out on Monday but had to revisit today to finish the final treatment thanks to the unpredictable British weather - both visits he arrived right on time and was very friendly and efficient. Our car had been used to transport a load of gardening equipment, Christmas Trees and not to mention our labrador. It was in a real state. We arranged for an interior and exterior clean using the online booking system, which was quick and easy to use. After the clean, the car looked as if it was brand new - no trace of mud or hair. I had a full valet, the guy was on time and polite. He was very details and the car looked great. However there was a bit of a foisty smell, probably from the seat still be wet, suggest asking people to leave windows open for a while after to let seats dry and smell to go. Not a great service. After full deep interior cleaning option cost 130£ I was expecting more. Looks like this part of car was missing cleaning, see photos. Everything else quite good.

Joe from Fresh Car Valeting has done an amazing job today on a long overdue full valet on my 2015 Kia Ceed, which has been mistreated by two kids and dog for some time, but looks as good as new now! He turned up exactly when expected and spent over half an hour longer than the allotted time, working hard to get all but the most stubborn fabric stains out. I hope I won’t need another full valet for a little while now but would definitely recommend this service to others.

Excellenet service. My car (used, bought 9 years ago) had it's first interior clean up. The cleaning person (I missed getting his name) vacuumed, steam cleaned and shampoo washed the seats, cleaned the mats and other places inside the car. We were extremely pleased with the results. Will definitely book for an external treatment and my other car as well in the coming months.

Had my car valeted and polished prior to sale, first time using Fresh Car Valeting and they did a great job. Adam arrived on time, was friendly and super helpful with tips, even applying a special polish to really make it shine so it would look even better in the photos. Will definitely use again.

Only owned my 2nd hand old little Nissan for a couple of years and never had it cleaned before. Thought it was about time especially as I'll be using it for work again soon. Got the Full Valet (inside and outside). Had Charlie who was absolutely amazing. Looked great outside, but the inside made it properly worth it. Spotless inside especially after loads of walks, muddy boots and some work it had done at a garage which left the inside covered in muck. Also managed to make it smell like new! Charlie mentioned a couple of things they could do to make the paint work look a bit better (didn't feel pushy or sales man-y tho) so definitely considering that. Full valet is definitely worth it to start from scratch and will rebook for a mini valet in the future! Didn't really know what to expect having my car cleaned but really impressed - would recommend!

I was lucky enough to have my car cleaned by Adam and loved the quality of his work so much I asked him to come back the next week to clean my partner’s car. There is a cost for the service but I believe you get what you pay for and this was certainly true here. Fantastic service and cars looked amazing.

Adam is a great guy, who worked with great care & detail. I apologise for leaving this review late- Life just simply got in the way and I feel terrible for not leaving this review sooner! Adam asked everything. even down to which scent I wanted for the car and whether I wanted my interior shiny or mattified. I chose matte, after the horror of having my (in my old car) steering wheel, pedals and heel pad shone up in my old car- so barely able to keep control- along with them pulling off my steering wheel & disability handbrake (thankfully in a newer car I don’t need this now), I prefer everything to be non- shiny! He kept me up to date before arrival, was early (with my permission), was friendly & thoughtful. I’ve seen so many companies deal with my neighbours cars, had the battery running with lights flashing for some odd reason and stereos playing, draining the battery and then I’ve had to jump them every time! Adam didn’t do anything like this, he was quite happy to chat and work and he also told me he carried headphones if he was working alone. He was even showing somebody the job who was considering joining the team (again, with my permission, he was a great guy and I hope he goes for it!) everything to do, making his job harder as he had more eyes on him, he was having to explain everything he was doing, ask me what I wanted doing and of course get on with it! The heat was immense, one of the hottest days we had in the UK, especially in the north of England and the way he just got on with it, working incredibly hard for hours, in the direct baking sun was incredible to watch! He rushed nothing! I actually feel like I’ve made a friend in Adam, such a friendly outgoing guy, who I honestly wasn’t going to stand and stare at doing his job, but we actually ended up chatting so much I realised that the hours had passed- by and before I knew it, he had completed everything and in a way I didn’t want him to leave, because I was enjoying the day so much- although I did feel it was time that we both deserve a meal and a cool drink after all that heat and sunshine! I will not hesitate to use this company and Adam to help me with my car again. I live in an upstairs maisonette (I don’t have a communal entrance but the main floor is still one floor up) and having a bone disability and cancer it would be near impossible for me to lug buckets of water around and I don’t have the strength to put the pressure on wax, needed for it to become shiny! I watched a car wash ‘eat’ my brother’s Porsche’s, left the jet wash after being charged 3 times, which had a stone- riddled brush with the head dropping off and hand wash places not get off the most simple of dirt or repeatedly leave wax on my windscreen (that’s without mentioning the shiny disaster I mentioned earlier). Also after getting superglue on my passenger seat (don’t ask!) he did a great job making it barely noticeable (I tried everything and it came back worse each time!) and I know next time it will be 100% gone! My car looks amazing and even better than it did when I purchased it a few months back, it looks far better than the show room made it look! So thanks again Fresh and Adam for doing such a great job being reliable, trustworthy and helping me out with the superglue incident majorly! Also a big thank you for not cancelling due to the heat! I also love the fact that you can customise your detailing as well as leave a note for the person doing the job. Since I test drove and purchased my car in the rain and then it rained for a further two weeks once I brought it home, I missed a lot of the marks on it, which I could’ve pointed out to the show room (they only mentioned one mini dent!) so for me the only request I would have is if you could add a T cutting service or something similar, to the list of options. Thanks kindly! Looking forward to next time!

Adam let me know when he was on his way as he was ahead of schedule. He did a brilliant job on my polo, took it from been a dirty white to a lovely bright white as if it was brand new again. He was very professional and didn’t need any extras as came with everything supplied in his van. He did such a good job my parents are going to use him for there cars. Definitely would recommend! Adam did a great job on mine and my wife's car. The Fiesta hadn't been washed for ages so it was probably only the dirt holding it together. It looks really good now. Even my wife who couldn't care less about her car is impressed and feels bad about letting it get to such a state. My car had the full treatment and looks excellent. One of the PT's in the gym used to valet cars and even he couldn't find fault and he's extremely picky - high praise indeed!

Mike arrived on time and friendly. His van and equipment was clean and tidy. Mike took time to explain what the process was and also explained what be thought his best outcome would be (car is 30 years old and I'm afraid I'd let it get mucky inside and out!) Excellent is the only description after 4 hours (without a break) the attention to detail and a clear understanding of how to make a car look it's best. I now have the pleasure of driving a showroom condition car. Money well spent . Thank you Mike, I will be asking you to return to my car up to high standard you have set.
