I have been here many times over the years and they have been very good, but last week I rang for some advise and I am still waiting for a call back from their workshop guy. A let down.and disappointed.this place has really dropped its standards. Called again today and their lack of interest and not willing to help has lost my custom.

I like to say thank you for professional service .Contact JDS Trucks Friday because my local Thompson Renault dealer let me down (I order a van waiting 3 weeks .On delivery day ,sorry bad news you need wait another 6 weeks ) .So ask Ian JDS representative when is possible to have a van is urgent . Man answer Tuesday -Wednesday . Deal done . Tuesday morning van on my drive . Highly recommended , great service .

Took our Renault Clio for electrical fault repairs as we thought it would be better taking it to a specialist - required new washer pump and air con/blower work - JDS fixed both problems for us and delivered car back clean and tidy 5 star job and not over priced - we are extremely pleased with the work. Will use them again and would recommend -

Have used this garage for the last 4 years to service my Twingo....... after Harretts wakefield very poor service..... these guys are excellent.... as a driving instructor having my car fixed quickly is paramount... they have never failed to sort a problem and get me back on the road....... special mention to Jonathon and Gary on reception... . JDS Trucks are fab... I took my car there and received excellent service and much cheaper than any other main dealer... their prices were similar to buying the part from Euro and having a mechanic fit it... But you get official parts and 2 year warranty! I won't take my car anywhere else now!!!

Took my brand new Dacia Stepway because the door didn't close properly, couldn't fix it on the spot so I was booked in for repair, very helpful and pleasant guy on front desk reception , who organised for me to be taken to work once I'd dropped my car off, fixed the door and then they came to collect me from work the following day to collect my car from depot in Morley very pleasant young apprentice did the driving, all in all excellent service and the repair is good Dacia should not have sent that car to me really with a dropped door that didn't shut right , but alls well now !!

After my truck broke down and was recovered to JDS and I was left stranded a couple of hundred miles from my home all the guys at JDS went out there way to help me and get me back on the road asap with excellent service and at a good price. Many thanks guys.
