I recently bought a BMW from Jonathan Dawson car sales and am more than happy with both the car and the service received. Helpful and no pressure at point of viewing the car and agreed fair part ex for my car. Car did develop 1 issue within a couple of weeks of purchase however there was nothing to suggest it was a known issue (I test drove and drove for a week with no problems) Jonathan & Julie both went out of their way to make sure the car got sorted. At the end of the day I’d bought the cheapest car they had on sale at the time and it was 11 years old so I’m sure some dealers would have not been so helpful in resolving. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again or recommend to friends and family.

My whole experience with Jonathan and Julies services was brilliant. Due to me living a few hours away I was keen to make sure every detail was looked over before travelling to look/collect the car. This was made possible by Jonathan and Julie. They took the time to send me more videos of the car, looking at the finer details, whilst also promptly replying to multiple questions I had, however small/silly they might have been. Jonathan and Julie were really down to earth...not at all like you'd expect a car dealership to be. When you buy a car you feel like you have to have your wits about you but with Jonathan and Julie is was really relaxed and friendly. Jonathan Dawson Car Sales Ltd has been absolutely fantastic! Social Distancing was adhered to while I went to view the car. I had an easy part exchange and within days I was driving away in my new car. There was no pressure selling at all, and I was left to decide. The car I bought is in fantastic condition for a fantastic price. I know a good egg when I come across one and Jonathan is just that! friendly, genuine person with 100% attitude to helping. I shouldn't be needing a car for a while now, but when I do I'll be using this company. 100% reccomend.

Bought a BMW 3 series convertible from Jonathan Dawson Car Sales just before Christmas. Both Jonathan and his wife Julie made the whole process a pleasure. No pressure selling, just allowed us to view the car on our own and then take it out for a test drive. Julie was very helpful with transferring private number plate and upgrading warranty as well. Buying a used car can be a daunting prospect, not here. The car was in excellent condition as well. Thank you both for your great customer service.
