Eros was very helpful from the outset ,arranged for a car to be brought down from gateshead (for a fee)
He was very knowledgeable, about the car, we decided to purchase the car he sent all the relevant paperwork via email when he said he would.
The car was valeted for our arrival.
On day of collection signed all the paperwork, DVLA site was down Eros took me to a local post office so I could tax the car .

T.I’ve recently been lucky enough to purchase a car from Lookers in Leeds, there’s no words to describe the level of professionalism and expertise provided by Patryk, from the moment of the first enquiry until the after sale I was very well looked after, not to mention Patryk’s patience of a saint, as I wasn’t really sure what I wanted. So we contacted dealership, Vas helped us initially with detailed personalised videos showing the car and gave us lots of information. Matthew took it from there and was brilliant, his knowledge, customer care and service, went over and above to make sure we were satisfied and happy with the car & purchase, without any pressure. Took out comprehensive 3 year RAC warranty and breakdown, but again no pressure to take. Then found that at some point in the repairs process the car had been lightly rear ended, which again they fixed again IMMEDIATELY!!! A string of bad luck on my side that was handled amazingly. NO WINDSCREEN WASHER: When you pay nearly £14,000 for a used car from a dealership you expect the car to be fully checked over including topping up the windscreen fluid, especially with the type of weather we are having right now. Find out today that it wasn't when I tried to use the wash wipe for the first time.... not impressed. Makes me wonder if the car was checked over at all!
4. Other than that it wasn't a bad experience,. but wasn't great either. Used car area at Lookers in Leeds is a separate area so poor wi-fi issues meant my card transaction failed at least twice. Ended up calling my bank but the transaction was never attempted. Worked on the third attempt! Also workmen in the building set the alarm off and it took ages to turn it off

Received terrible customer service from this place. Turned up at the time they told me to and was told they couldn't service my car as too busy, despite me turning up at the time they requested. The guy then implied that I must have got it wrong, when it was clearly their mistake for overbooking. I then emailed the person who arranged my appointment and didn't even receive any kind of apology or response. Wasted half a days annual leave and got stuck in traffic getting there and back, all to just be told can't do it. Don't seem to care about customer's time, and I'd recommend finding a local garage where they value their customers more.

Received a call from the site manager who was really nice and sorted the issue for me. There was a confusion between the national booking team at head office and the availability at the garage. I was told that they have now made sure the slot I had been offered will be removed so this shouldn't happen again.
Received good service when i went back and everyone was really friendly. Really nice facilities if want to work while you wait for car to be serviced. Happy with the service and the way my problem was dealt with.
D. S.Having taken out a service plan in September 2020 I was surprised to find an additional fee for the service being undertaken before September 2021. Having been sent email reminders from Ford that a service was due (the last service being in February 2020) I contacted the reservations telephone line and booked the service. I don't recall there being any mention of an additional service plan fee during that call. It would appear that service reminder system and service plan system are not synchronised.

A. B.As you can see we have rated five stars for communication, etc. It’s always good when they’re trying to sell something. On collection day it’s completely different. The sales man Leo was extremely inexperienced! There was no professionalism shown, the only form of precaution for COVID 19 was the car had been sanitized and the keys were in a plastic bag after being sanitized. Other salesmen in the building were being very cautious, but Leo wasn’t . I was handed a pen and some paperwork to sign, I had no idea where they had been, or who had handled them. A card machine was brought over to me and handed over without being sanitized. My wife and I found the whole experience to be a bad one. I tried talking to Leo and he talked over me, very rude and probably the most unprofessional salesman I’ve encountered!
Lastly when I looked in the brochure and at photos that were sent to me there was a tonneau cover on the car I was buying. When I got home, it wasn’t there. I immediately emailed Leo regarding this and was told it wasn’t included. I’ve since read all literature, the website the vehicle was listed on, the brochure and the online brochure. On all of these it has said this is included. I’m not a very happy client of yours at the moment and would appreciate a reply regarding the comments made.

b.The recall was not my fault - I had a 30 minute journey to the dealership and my wife had to follow to take me home - we then had to repeat to collect - ie 2 hours each - I was not allowed to wait and I was going to be charged for the use of a courtesy vehicle through no fault of my own !!

P.Second hand Cars advertised with mileages thousands of miles less than current mileage as they do not reflect the fact that the cars mileage is increasing daily because they are being driven by staff. Very misleading to customer.

A. F.I bought a transit in good will from ford, the key fob wouldn’t work sometimes so I went to lookers on York road Leeds as advised, they advised me to spend over £300on a service with them and also there was a re call on the locking mechanism and the key problem would be resolved as it was UNDER WARRANTY.
I had the service and paid the amount and drove away only to get home and the van will not lock.
I went back and booked the van in for it’s 1st MOT before it was due and they said they would fix the lock as it is still UNDER WARRANTY I paid again only to get home and the van will not lock or open.
I went back and went into the garage and asked them to come outside and look at the van as it wouldn’t lock and the mechanic said we are all contractors and not allowed to look you have to go in the office.
This has gone on for over 3 months and next month the van which cost £28000 is out of WARRENTY on Monday it’s another day off work with no van as it’s going back for a third time to get it looked at.
Transits now have only one lock so if you want to open it and the key fob doesn’t work you have to open the door with the key put the key in the ignition and then push a button on the door just to get in the back doors so its taking a lot of time just to get in the van.
I have since collected the van with a new key fob and it is working properly, the staff were friendly and lots of them
