Started my Nissan Car Search at Bradford but when dealing with them on the phone didn't get a good vibe so someone said ring the Leeds one. Spoke to the manager who put me through to Stuart the salesman. We chatted over the phone on the Monday about the new Nissan Qashqui and various models and he put me some quotes together for a new one to order with my car an part ex. I arranged to bob down the following saturday. Within an hour I'd agreed to one in the showroom that luckily was becoming available in 2 weeks time. No deposit needed no signing of paperwork as this was all done by email during the 2 week wait. Picked it up 2 weeks later. Think this was by far the easiest car purchase I've ever done. All the staff are friendly not pushy at all. I've been in garages were staff are desperate to sell for commission, didn't get that vibe here at all. No pushing for gap or service packages either. Even my partner commented that it was a great buying experience. I'm sure all the salesmen are great there but we are pleased we got Stuart very patient and experienced. Thank you Nissan for helping me get into a brand new 22 plate so quickly.

Jon was amazing, not pushy, very knowledgeable, polite and explained everything thoroughly, which enabled me to make informed decisions. When telephoning all staff listened and were professional and polite. When visiting the showroom refreshments were offered by reception and Jon. I've been to quite a few 'other' car showrooms and I have to say Jon has the right approach to customer care, and yes I would recommend my friends and family because of that.

The service was super from being greeted at the door, every member of the team worked with smiles on their faces. Gareth Megson dealt with the purchase of my car and he was really knowledgeable about the model I was looking at. It was time to replace our Motability vehicle so we went to lookers Nissan Leeds to check out different cars. When we arrived we met Gary Exley. Gary was great, he was knowledgeable, and help full. He took it at our pace which was exactly what we needed. He arranged test drives and patiently answered all our questions. He didn't sell us a car but he did help us to buy one. When I asked him about his opinions about aspects of the different cars he answered honestly as was more like a user than a salesman. A week after my Qashqai was serviced, the heating/air con system packed up. After a few communication difficulties with Nissan's central call centre, I was put through to Mary Grimes at Lookers Leeds. To cut a long story short, Mary contacted Nissan HQ and persuaded them to replace the heating matrix as a goodwill gesture, even though it was out of warranty, as I had bought the car from a Nissan dealer and always had it serviced there. This was exceptional customer service from Nissan, Lookers, and Mary in particular. I can't praise them highly enough.
Excellent. Speedy while-you-wait service and MoT test, and Eve kept me well supplied with coffee. Work was clearly explained and charges weren't too steep.

I use your Dealership occasionally to charge my Leaf car and am always impressed by the cleanliness of the place and the helpfulness of the Staff. At times the charger may be in use, but someone is always there to ensure that any waiting time is minimised. Indeed, a Manager once broke his charging for me in order to get me back on the road. i had to contact the dealership many times before anyone even called me back, for a customer spending 30Kplus this is appalling, I finally was contacted by Graeme Lindsay, and he was great, so my Ratings are not based on his performance but the overall dealership experience. Picked up my new Car Saturday without any issues, but the car was far from clean, with watermarks and streaks everywhere, minor scuffs and marks on the interior panels, Not the experience you want when purchasing a new car. As a dealer, Lookers Nissan are towards the top end of the car buying experience.
I purchased a beautiful Audi A6 from this dealership and the quality of the car is everything you would expect from such an established company. The process of buying the car was straightforward in itself and the motor itself is immaculate for the price I paid.
There were a couple of minor niggles but these were quickly and efficiently resolved thanks to the aftercare team at Lookers. My issues were dealt with promptly and professionally by the general manager and his support staff who were more than happy to put everything right without quibble. Car dealerships, whether large or small can receive a lot of bad press and many of them rightly so, but Lookers Nissan have established themselves as a trusted trader who deliver a high quality service.
I would highly recommend Lookers Nissan if anybody is in the market for a high quality vehicle at a highly competitive price.

A replacement of the condenser was needed to fix the fault it was brought in with, during this work there was damage to one of the cooling pipes, I as a result had to bring the vehicle back to have that repaired. Despite the inconvenience Nissan didn’t offer to clean the car, I assume, had I complained about the additional damage and inconvenience you would. Both times the plastic was left on the seat that I had to dispose of. Can I suggest you consider your customers a little more. I work in a professional environment, my expectations are that your staff would present professional behaviour when communicating with your customers, responding to my answers I don’t expect to hear ‘coolio’. A customer should leave your premises thinking, with service like that I am staying with Nissan, based on my experience that won’t be happening.

Like many car dealerships and maintenance garages Lookers can from the main road appear to have a very crowded forecourt, but at this location the visitor parking is well laid out and quite plentiful when I visited. The turning space is practical as well.

I bought a lovely, second hand Fiesta from this garage a few weeks ago. They were efficient, friendly, competent and honest. The car has been fantastic! Following purchase a small chip was noted on the windscreen, assuming I had caused it, I organised for Autoglass to come and repair it. I then found out it was a pre-existing chip and that the seal on the windscreen had been compromised and moisture was present (totally unrelated to the chip). I contacted the garage who promptly made an appointment for us to take the car in and literally the very next morning they had arranged for my windscreen to be replaced at my address. We bought a vehicle from these people in June 2017 and we provided a certificate of motor insurance for the vehicle to be taxed in my name, they taxed it in my partners middle name and surname and when this was pointed out to the salesman he said 'doesnt he go by that name'. We have been trying ever since to get it corrected with the Matthew Young to no avail and it's January now! All the documents apart from the finance docs have been issued in the wrong name and getting them corrected is also proving to be impossible. The stress and worry of trying to get this sorted has really taken it's toll and still no apology!!
