All my contact with the people who work at Luscombes has been positive apart from 1 who must have been under pressure and forgot to phone me re an issue that I had.
I telephoned again and spoke to the Customer experience Manager,Jane ,who was most concerned and helpful.As a result my car was collected on a high loader from 65 miles away (where I live).The timing and communication was excellent to fit in with my schedule and to save putting mileage on my vehicle.
The car was returned on time and I must commend the driver,Nigel, who is an asset to the company.Also thanks to Jane,Matthew and Dan who were professional,friendly and proved that this is a garage with excellent follow up service which is rare these days.
If ever I buy a car in the future I would seriously consider driving as far as Leeds to this garage and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.
