A great buying experience. No hassle or pressure from the moment we walked into the dealership. Reception were on the ball and introduced us to Uzman in sales. He answered every question we had about the Seat Ibiza we were interested in & arranged a test drive. He gave us all the history details of the vehicle.
We liked what we saw & heard so bought the car.

This is definitely a 5 star service. We received top class service from walking in, right through to the sale and after care. There was no pressure to buy and Elian who looked after us was brilliant throughout. Very polite and friendly. He answered all our questions, and provided helpful information, but was not pushy in any way (in contrast to sales people at other garages we had visited). When we went to pick up the car we expected to be there a long time, but only half an hour - everything was streamlined and clear. We would recommend this garage highly.

A FIRST CLASS AND ENJOYABLE BUYING EXPERIENCE FROM A DEALERSHIP YOU CAN TRUST.
I called the garage to enquire about a car I had seen advertised and was greeted by Christopher Ackroyd who was extremely friendly and professional and diligent in his work.
Chris took plenty of time and effort to answer all my questions and provide all the history information I needed to know, nothing was too much trouble.
Chris then sent me full video of the car pointing out any chips or scuffs etc which were so minimal but nevertheless Chris noted them.
As this was the car I was looking for and with such honest and informative information, I places a deposit on the car straight away.
( I have never done this before )
I travelled from the south coast to Leeds to be greeted again by Chris with a coffee already prepared, did all the paperwork, then a coffee for my journey back.
Just the perfect buying experience rarely found these days.

As with many garages these days, no negotiation on sale price or part exchange value.
The car was as good as expected.
A lot of information was given verbally on handover, but not in paper form. Difficult to challenge if I’d misheard key points!
Though I understand the request for surety payment due to dvla cherished number retention delays, the lack of trust having emailed a copy of the new V5 (only the green slip info is realistically required for future owner) was disappointing, as they required physical receipt of the V5. Staff leave delayed this process more and it was some days after receipt before the repayment was made (I had to chase it up again!).
Also, the mot was not handed over on collection of the car. Though notified the same day, and in numerous reminders, it was to be 20 days before a copy was emailed through to me. Unnecessarily slow.

Bought a Toyota Verso from Paul at Mazda Leeds - an easy, stress-free process from start to finish. Very professional and approachable manner with good communication. I was offered a test drive and I was very impressed with the smoothness of the car, its comfort, elegance and performance.
The service I received from Dario their sales team member was informative and professional. He had good knowledge of the car but didn't overwhelm me with with technical speak which I appreciated.
I didn't feel under pressure at any time to make a purchase.

To start with I am very happy with our car, a 2021 Mazda Skyactive X Sports Lux that we purchased from you.
As you maybe aware, a high percentage of people including myself, are always wary of car sales men because they feel they are being conned, especially with part exchange deals. I was happy with Usman who we dealt with although he still had that salesman edge about him whilst trying to sort out a deal.
I however have two moans which I believe JCT600 should really take note of:-
1, The car we bought was advertised with 1476 miles on the clock. The exact same car we bought had 3,000 miles on the clock for exactly the same value. 100% higher mileage, That surely contravenes the Trades Description Act as there was no a indication that the mileage may differ from the mileage advertised.
2. The on-line valuation given by your company for car part-exchange is laughable and almost bordering on Fraud. Our original car which we used as part-exchange, a 2016 Mazda CX-3 Sport in very good condition and with 32,500 miles on the clock was valued at £13,900. Whilst I thought it was well above what I expected it still gave me a false expectation. When we went to your garage we were told the part-exchange on our vehicle was £12,000. That's £1,900 difference. When I pointed it out to the sale people the on-line valuation, they just both laughed and said they knew about it and it was always wrong! That is not professional. We ended up getting £200 more than the first offer. However it is NOT right because you are getting people in to your garage knowing that they were never going to be given the valuation price or even near it. It is bordering on criminal.
However a deal was struck and although when I came to pick it up, a small dent had been found by your valet team, which was immediately put right. Credit due.
My overall experience was still good, although the two points I have highlighted did put a dampener on things and the reason why I only gave you three stars. They need to be put right to help with your reputation. Peter Bainbridge

An excellent buying experience.
We traded in our Mazda for a nearly new CX30. It was all done remotely as only JCT had what we needed at the price we could afford.
They handled the sale professionally from beginning to end. This included giving us a decent price on our own car and also arranging delivery to home 250 miles away whilst collecting our own vehicle. In a COVID regime this was really helpful.
We dealt with Dario who was brilliant throughout in spite of a last minute technical hitch with the car that had nothing to do with the dealership.
As you can see we are not local to Leeds but can now see why they seem to have the great reputation that reviews suggest.

Bought a used car in excellent condition - as advertised. Initial communication with sales was great. However, I was deliberately misled about the condition of the tyres. Was told they are in good condition when in fact front were almost completely worn and cracked. When asked to swap the front with the rears ahead of a 200 miles trip - I was told it can't be done (no explanation provided). Not a customer service I cultivate in my business. But apart from this incident - the experience was smooth and overall good.

Rating reflects the effort and very pleasant manner of the salesperson. Having travelled a distance, I was collected from the train station. We visited Mazda to drop my mum's car off for her service. Initially they told her 3 hours but when she was dropped back they took a further 1.5hrs to update her navigation. The 3 out of 5 is because this isn't the first time she has had problems with communication with this garage.
They offer complimentary drinks whilst you wait and eventually they sorted her car. They also valet the car.

Was disappointed when we got the new vehicle home to have to work out how to connect our mobile phones to the car, and also to discover that there was NO Screenwash in the car reservoir. I would have thought with a car that had less than 20 miles on the clock this would have been done, which concerns me that could their be anything else that should have been done. Having been fobbed off by a different dealership over warranty repairs, I spoke to Steve on the service desk who was sympathetic to the situation, booked the car right in with a loan car and immediately made me feel at ease. Visited last week after finding a CX5 on their website that we liked. Jack was great at showing us around, took us out on a decent test drive route.
No pushy sales, and very honest if he didn't directly know the answer to a question he said so but went and found the answer for us.
Felt very welcomed by all the staff and we did agree to purchase the car.
When we returned to pick up the car, Tim spent lots of time making sure we were familiar with the car and it's functions, setup the audio and auto locking on car etc. A very pleasant experience I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Have to say, the Salesman was excellent from start to finish.
Rather disappointed to find the car engine bay with anti freeze spillage over the air box and no screen wash additive in the washer bottle. Upon driving away found the brakes juddered badly - so badly that the steering wheel juddered in your hands. If we did not have to drive 400 miles home we would have returned with the car.
I cannot believe that wasn’t noted on the pre sales check? You couldn’t fail to feel it or even hear it!
The juddering got better after doing some heavy braking on the way home to get the brakes cleaned up and bedded in.
We have booked the car into our local Ford dealer for investigation- fortunately the juddering seems to be improving each day...it’s no where near as bad as it was.
Still, rather disappointing to collect the car and find this problem.
In summary, the whole buying process was totally painless and everything was done as promised- great service. Just a shame the car wasn’t very well prepared before collection.

Excellent service, phoned up to express interest, spoke to Harry in sales who sent a detailed video of the car, I then called down and went for a good long test drive, absolutely no sales pressure, was left to look around the car at my own leisure. They pulled some strings to allow me to drive the car away the same day. I was once extremely happy with this Mazda branch until very recently where I have been extremely disappointed and felt incredibly let down. I bought my Mazda here a while ago so I have always rated this place. However, recently I have needed a few things doing with respect to the maintenance of the car, unfortunately I have had nothing but a string of excuses upon excuses as to why my car couldn't be picked up or seen to or one thing or another leading to further promises, arrangements and schedules. Being the loyal customer that I am, I have been hanging on, as well as ringing up as and when I can for the past 3 weeks in the hope that my car would be sorted in time for its MOT which is pretty much imminent now but to no absolutely avail. Unfortunately, I have now had to book it into another garage with very little time to sort out anything that might need fixing in order to pass the test! Infact, I know one of the side lights needs a bulb changing which I understand only a dealer or Mazda themselves can change due to it's "technicality". My car needs other bits and pieces looking at as well and I really wanted this to be done by an actual Mazda dealer but ah well...
I am just so, so disappointed at this stage, but I guess you win some you lose some...

Last Saturday my VW PASSATT was broken into and the sat nav sold -sadly VW are not informing their customers about this problem especially around Bradford etc.The stories I am hearing are terrible with one owner having been targeted three times.
Following this I reviewed the Mazda 6 and was astounded by the specs and equipment supplied as standard(including a grade 1alarm system) and the price -contrast this with VW where there is a cost for most items.
Yesterday I met with Tom and Paul and worked out an agreement and will be picking up my vehicle next week after mine is repaired and will be immediate taken to Leeds -No hard sell and Tom took all the time I needed to look at the car.

Bought a nearly-new Mazda 6, part exchanging my 4-5 year old one, everything excellent EXCEPT at the end, after everything was signed and paid for, including car tax (I do object to having to pay extra for that), I was then asked for a 'compulsory' Provenance Fee of £30! This is for a car registered to Mazda UK on March 1st 2017 which had only done 1170 miles. What provenance was needed? And what did I get for my £30? Nothing, no certificate, no report from DVLA, not one scrap of paper. So what is that all about?

My new MX5 has LED headlights which cannot be adjusted by the driver. As winter came on I saw my dipped headlights looked to be set wrongly. I took it to JCT 600 and the engineer said they were indeed set wrong made a computer adjustment to drop 1 light 2 degrees, the other less than 0.5 degrees. I was sceptical but must say my lights have been transformed by this small adjustment.

I'm due a replacement mobility car I called the mobility sales man Richard beaumont I explained I wanted to look and test drive a mazda 3 I was told to come down he was busy with another customer he took 5 mins to open a car for me to look at then I called him the next day I had a test drive quick no pressure to choose the car was ideal for me wheelchair low advanced payment I called to sign up watch this space good customer service very knowledgeable I would recommend a mobility car from them they have a garage on site all staff were helpful update july 2016 well there was a hitch with getting my car it took a bit longer than is should have but they phoned me and explained the situation i was given a apology and they said they would provide me with a coating on the new car and free mats also you can keep your car you are not left without a car motability let you keep your car until yours is ready it was worth the wait it is fantastic no keys to open the doors no key for the ignition i can not tell you why ask the mobility specialist about this car mine is automatic i only paid £199 advanced pay i was kept up to date what was happening with my new car it has a built in sat nav camera for reversing and a good stereo im partial deaf the stereo means a lot as it is one thing i enjoy is music not boasting its a need for me the car is sporty and has all mod cons i'm amazed at what you get for the dla/pip payment its a need not a want i am very grateful to motability i had a bigger car before but the boot is good size for a wheelchair folded i was treated really well the mobility adviser richard was brilliant told me everything and showed me how to use the system even how to open the petrol cap lol i had a good experience coffe/drinks provided and when i collected my car it was all adapted and they gave me a big bunch of flowers i would give this company 8/10 they even put half a tank of petrol free in the car for me
