Good for OEM prices but are better prices and offers on the other dealers and the program is 24h but after 1700 nobody answer

Had a fault with my truck few months ago with Actros gear box could not book it in for 2 weeks to get done and including night heater then got sent to another dealer very disappointing when it is regular truck on a 6 week service plan a bit frustrating, 5 star for the mechanic yesterday for fixing truck and minor replacement jobs and doing my 6 weekly check thank you

Just collected my lovely new Vito. Special mention to lovely sales girl Emily. Very attentive and more importantly she was herself. She is a credit to the brand and company and she deserves the recognition. Unfortunately sales people get trapped into the ‘pitch’ and begin to sound robotic. Now I just need a bulk head window 🤔

Cannot recommend Northside Leeds highly enough. Along with my father I have used them for vehicle parts for years. Excellent service from the parts guys, even with our sometimes laborious requests for obscure components. I recently put a deposit down on a new vehicle. Depending on how you affiliate with Northside. If your someone coming in for a one time visit or two to three times annually, you'll most likely be happy and pleased. I'm coming from a perspective of connecting pretty much on a daily basis, there's things to improve most definitely but eventually it does come down the job getting done.

I Purchased a Special Sprinter Van from here and from the sales executive Adam Crompton: I must say He is one of the most honest and down to earth people I have ever spoken to, on or off the phone. he was fully on board with what I needed and how to save me money on the Special Sprinter 519 cdi that I needed and the best kit for my joinery business, even saving me £6500.00 due to the fact I am with Checkatrade, even delivering it to my house. Also informing me I needed an operators licence for this van which is very important . I give a 110% rating for northside AAAAA***** Amazing and Definitely recommend. Brilliant.

Quick and well educated, I bought my Vito over a year ago the sales team where unpushy and friendly. I took the van in for a free winter health check and the service was great - tho a little slow, but this was made ok by a coffee and good conversation.

some staff are ok and polite but be aware of service scam.they advertise 3 free services on new vans,but a mercedes sprinter with service computer only are served at 30,000 and the 2nd after 60,000 so you only get one any way.i got myt 2nd service done for free but they did not stamp book.took it back and they charged me £280.00 as it had gone over 60k,but if they could get vans in quicker than 7 working days they would be under the mileage.they did not clean it which on the booking in sheet shows are to be cleaned.always being asked where i baught it from as they were wanting an extra £3000extra and with out air con.sales are dear mecanics and reception are nice but service guys a real jobwerth
