Liam was faultless, I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay.
If you're still there in 4 years, I'll be having another! Highly recommend— after the first visit I was over the moon obviously, until I received my finance documents stating the vehicle was £20 a month, more than the price agreed with Liam so you can imagine my shock.
After talking to the manager (Will) unfortunately had to renegotiate the deal because I wanted the car. All was okay until I arrived today to collect my vehicle. It was in the showroom and was filthy (pictures attached).
The car had to go for a re-clean and left us sitting in the showroom for 45 minutes.
Cannot fault Will or Zara for their efforts to resolve the issues promptly, however being a Renault sales executive collecting a £20000 vehicle this is disappointing.
Definitely not what you would expect from a brand like Mercedes. If you do attend this branch I would highly recommend speaking to Zara or Will.

Amazing customer service from Jack Oakley. From the moment we spoke with him he was very efficient, friendly and professional. He made the experience of enquiring about a car very easy. Jack went above and beyond to find the car we was looking for. He showed us the car that we was looking to purchase and answered all our questions. Outstanding service from Eduard very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He is an absolute asset to the company. I went in with my partner looking for our first Mercedes Benz. We are usually very picky so it takes quite a long time for us to agree to anything. Eduard made us feel comfortable, at ease and he also managed to find a car after hours of us saying no that’s not the one. He made sure our whole experience was hassle free and very straight forward. Swift purchase and part exchange done with a full detailed step by step handover done in branch and via email on all that needs to be done to complete the purchase. I called into Mercedes in Leeds last week to look at a couple of used cars that had attracted my interest. As luck would have it, my own car developed a technical fault as I drove into the customer car park, with a warning light on the dash regarding the ABS system. While Adam kindly and very courteously showed us around the showroom, and went to great lengths to answer all our questions, Will from the service department took our car into the workshop, identified the problem, and reassured us that the car was perfectly safe to drive back to our home on the south coast. Recently purchased a new Mercedes E Class Estate 300de from James Eastwood of Mercedes Benz Leeds for my new company vehicle.
James was very professional and determined to help me find a PHEV car that matched my requirements, in what is a very difficult period to be buying a new vehicle with all the worldwide supply issues. It was a pleasure to deal with someone that actually did what they said they would do. Unfortunately, that's something I only experience very occasionally these days.

I visited the Leeds showroom yesterday morning (Wednesday 8th September 2021) and asked if someone could spare me 5 minutes to discuss electric cars. Sarah came down to see me and she was excellent. I explained I was at the very early stages of deciding my next car which has to be electric but Sarah spent a good amount of time with me. She explained which cars were in my price range and also advised some of the special features of the car. Sarah showed me the car that I am potentially interested in and offered me a test drive when I am ready. Finally, as promised she e-mailed me a lot of useful information to help me make my decision.
As a salesman myself, I found Sarah to be very friendly, professional and helpful. She could answer all my initial questions and gave a glowing reference to the EQA model that I was looking at without being pushy. I need to thank Kai Simpson for his help during my recent experience with Stratstones in Leeds.
A measure of any customer service (whichever department) is how they handle the potentially difficult and contentious issues faced. Without going into details and circumstances, my “problem” could have easily fallen into a dispute with either Stratstones or Mercedes and Kai ensured that the issue did not escalate by simply keeping me informed when circumstances changed and remaining pleasant and cooperative throughout our correspondence. He kept calm even when he was not aware of the outcome and he kept me calm as well. The fact that the outcome was resolved to my satisfaction may or may not have had something to do with his efforts but this is unimportant. Although I was inconvenienced by the situation I was never angered and this is down to Kai.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because of issues that were probably outside Kais’ control.

What can I say from my experience at Mercedes Benz from the minute I stepped in and met Sarah Donaghey my experience got better and better. I didn’t know what I wanted but Sarah took me around the showroom asked me simple questions. What I used the vehicle for, what colours I liked. Sarah let me sit in the cars try them out for comfort nothing was too much trouble. Sarah then searched for my perfect vehicle give me a few cars to choose from. When my decision was made Sarah kept me updated on every step of the way, it took less then 2 weeks to get my perfect Mercedes. On pick up day Sarah met me and my son took us to the car explained all the bits to the car it was so exciting. Sarah then talked through Mercedes Me and the service plans effortlessly. December 2021 …. I called a couple of days before my MOT and Service was due and spoke with Deborah on bookings. I explained I had forgotten to book and she told me not to worry and managed to book me in for a last minute MOT the following day. I was looked after by Alex on the day. Unfortunately, my vehicle failed the MOT but Alex was very helpful with getting one of the main items repaired for me. I took the vehicle away for another item.
Once complete, Deborah booked me in with another quick appointment and this time I was looked after by Stuart. My vehicle was in and out in a couple of hours. I had my four month old grand daughter with me on the day so the speed was appreciated. She was mesmerised with the twinkling Christmas Tree lights on the lovely Tree in the waiting area! I asked for some new wipers to be put on the vehicle last minute and this was also done with no complaints. Thank you to everyone involved. The whole process seemed daunting as I had left it late to book the MOT but it was very smooth even when presented with an issue.

Above was review until Richard was at the dealership until 2019. This has become a poor led dealership which now only focuses on certain type of clientele. If you don't fit this type, you don't seem to receive any response. It took them over 7 months just get me a quote for a new S Class, repeated calls and email , to no avail. I have had 6 vehicles from here over a period of about 7-8 years from them. It is an extremely disappointing experience. The purpose of this addendum is so that someone within the organisation can introspect and revitalise what was a very good dealership.

I have a Mercedes dealership three mikes from home, but really was not impressed with the customer service I received on initial contact. In complete contrast was the fantastic customer service that I received from Jess Varley at Stratstone Leeds , which was second to none. Jess controlled the whole process from my initial enquiry to the delivery of my new vehicle to my door over 200 miles away with professionalism, friendliness and genuine desire to ensure that everything went smoothly. Jess arranged everything including ensuring I got the vehicle I wanted, in the colour I wanted, with the spec that I wanted, including finance, service plan and delivery on the day I wanted. Jess is a credit to this company, as was everyone else that I dealt with too, and I would highly recommend Stratstone of Leeds for buying a Mercedes Benz, regardless of where in the country you reside.

I had my Mercedes E55 service (A) completed by Gaz Sykes. Firstly, what a knowledgable and enthusiastic technician. He is clearly someone who enjoys and respects cars, especially when they’re a little older! I was treat with the utmost respect and fully informed of any small details that would require attention (mainly tyres, as expected) with zero upselling pressure. This has given me unparalleled confidence in Leeds Mercedes.

Check Your Oil!
I bought a 2yr old Mercedes E350d with 13,550 miles from this company. As you would expect the salesman was very personable and handled the sale smoothly and professionaly. It wasnt a hard sell as I had already made my mind up to buy the car having seen it online. Niavely I assumed the car would have been seviced recently so drove it away without checking.
I had driven 2000 miles when I though to check the oil. Firstly the oil level was lower than I had expected it to be but interestingly the oil was totally black and gritty as if it hadnt been changed since new. I should have checked the oil before leaving the dealer. I emailed them a couple of days ago but have received no response to my email. I would have expected better customer service.
I am now arranging a local service.

I have just collected my Mercedes E400 from the Leeds branch to find it had been severely scratched on the drivers door where it had been cleaned, albeit Mercedes did say they would fix it a dispute with a customer service representative on “take your car as we don’t have any to give you” and “we are not saying we will not fix it just we don’t have any cars”is not what you want to hear when collecting a car that was perfect prior to dropping it off and spending £500 on a service
However a gentleman called Shabaaz took over the situation and over and assisted me, reviewed the problems and provided a car for me to enable Merc to fix the car as soon as possible resulting in a happy customer, people do make mistakes and the scratch is one of those things,but the customer service is key and staff like Shabaaz make a real difference to a fantastic customer experience

Great showroom, the pre sales staff are great very friendly and supportive, they're the only reason I've given them 2 stars. Where its fallen down for me is when one of the sales guys take over, I've been let down twice now with being promised quotes and calls. I've written up my experience below, but to summarise if you aren't getting a £60k saloon, you're probably not getting noticed.
EDIT: I've updated my review out of fairness. The dealership responded to my feedback and to their credit showed me I was probably unlucky with my experience. Helpful and patient with my inquiries and we eventually signed a deal.
