The man I dealt with in this very quick and amazing service was Paul. Due to being from quite a distance a phone call was made first which was done in a professional manner and helped with any worries before making the journey. The car itself is of great quality and have no concerns especially as a years warranty came with it. Paperwork was ready and waiting when I arrived and was back on the road within an hour! Amazing service all round would definitely recommend to anyone who I knew!

Absolutely excellent service from Paul yesterday. Arrived to view a car I had enquired about over the weekend, and on arrival was greeted by Paul who new exactly who I was and what car I was viewing. He gave us the keys and left us to view the car on our own. Which I thought was fab no sales man breathing down your neck. Excellent service from Rawdon Motors this week! As a community nurse I rely heavily on having a car and unfortunately my previous car was knackered, my garage liaised with Paul on my behalf prior to me viewing the new car and between us we managed to do a fair part ex deal. Paul arranged with the garage a super fast turn over to get the new car fully MOT’d and serviced to get me back on the road. On the day of collection Paul was really helpful sorting the paperwork etc to make sure everything was all above board before I left the car park. Always wanted a Jaguar XF and had been looking for 12-18 months and then found one here. A 2013 plate 2.2 Luxury with 68k miles. The transaction was fine and they asked for time to check the vehicle before I collected it. Once home, I found that the rear door would not open. I rang up and was advised not to worry, they would sort it. It took a short period of time to get it in due to them being busy but I can confirm true to their word its been fully repaired for me. I had a short list of cars to see, for my son. We live near Bournemouth and went first to a dealer in Worcester. The car we saw had just failed an MoT and was in a very sorry state - absolutely filthy, too. My son was disappointed so we had to choose between heading to Kent or heading to Leeds. I am happy to say we went to Leeds. The car we bought was immaculate. All the paperwork was available and we went for a test drive. We should have driven straight to Leeds from Bournemouth. It was a long day out but well worth it. I am a veteran and always look for high standards. I found them at Rawdons.

Exceptional service from a well respected, local company. They have an easy to navigate website which although not always bang up-to-date, gives lots of information and pictures about all of their cars for sale. The staff are knowledgeable, very friendly and generally easy to get hold of. They return calls when they say they will and in my opinion live up to any promises made. I took my mini in to have its wheel refurbished as it was deflating super quickly. As it was being worked on I had a look around the cars and quickly fell in love with a new mini seven which I decided to buy. I got the details from the website and Mark offered a great part exchange deal for my old mini. Mark was very helpful even when I kept asking questions throughout the day on the status of the finance. He even came in on his day off so I could pick up the car - sorry! When we picked up the car, they did the tax for me and it had been polished inside and out. It came with a years warranty and because it was not due its first MOT until June Mark told us we could bring it back in June and he would do the first MOT for free.

Outstanding Service - Professionalism - Attention To Detail Second To None! I really can't say enough about this company! I recently decided to change my car after 13 years and being a middle age single woman with no recent experience of buying a car I really didn't know where to start. All I knew was that I wanted a really great sporty reliable used car. I bought a car from Mark 4 weeks ago, i read the reviews and with me having such a bad experience with the last garage i bought a car from i was worried it would happen again.....HOW I WAS WRONG!! Mark put my mind at ease straight away, he wasnt pushy in his sales approach like some reviews have suggested in the past, sales in sales at the end of the day if your not in,or from, a sales background you are going to assume everyone is hard selling! I have never bought a car and not seen it! But i put my trust in mark and he 100% came through, I had a million questions and (bless him) he answered every one of them! Plus all my 'demands' haha, i wanted tinted windows so he organised that for me and i had a private plate so he also organised the plate to be made for me. He is a family man and appreciates when someone buys a car they want something reliable, and safe! And for me i also wanted it to look good! I had my car delivered and my payment was set up with finance over the phone beforehand, mark assured me every step of the way and i can't thank him enough for restoring my faith! Update, Nov 2020. Still going strong 👍 Update. Feb/Mar 2018. So the "small coolant leak" turned out to be everyone's worst nightmare when buying a second hand car; the head gasket had blown. Had it checked out by the garage that services my work vehicles and they couldn't find an external leak so said, take it back where you bought it. Honestly I could not be happier with the service which followed, Rawdon blew me away with how they tackled the problem. Mark and his team threw everything at that car, including; getting the attached garage to strip it down to trace the leak, calling in favours from Volvo specialists they knew personally and finally, admitting defeat, and sending it to Craig Rawse Volvo Specialists in Bradford. Any profit they had made from the sale was swallowed up by this mammoth repair on a 2.4L Diesel and, while obviously not happy at the loss, they took it on the chin and stood by their responsibility. Craig Rawse Volvo did a cracking job and also replaced the timing belt at the same time (for an added cost of parts only because labour was already happening). In behaving in this manner, Rawdon have won a loyal future customer who will tell everyone what great service he received and how Rawdon moved mountains to get my young family back on the road. Been driving it since (including a trip to an Island off the west of Scotland) and it's been solid as a rock. So, in summary: they'll not mess you about, won't leave you high and dry and will step up when needed. What more do you want? January 2018. Bought a car from here two weeks ago. They were helpful and also sent the service book (which I'd forgotten) unasked the next week. Had a small coolant leak last week and they've offered to pay for the fix because we're not local. So far happy with the car and I think they're a decent bunch.

I bought a 2009 Honda Civic type R from Rawdon motors over a year ago. I have deliberately left it this long to do a review just in case i had a need to use the warranty that they provided. Im happy to say i didn't need to as the car was just as advertised and I've had absolutely no issues with this fantastic car - only pure fun! I traveled some distance to view the car (from Leicester to Leeds) and i spoke with the staff prior to setting off. The main guy (Mark) assured me that he wouldn't let anyone else view until i had due to the distance i was traveling. I arrived the next day and was allowed to take it out on a test drive by myself. This gave me time to go over the car thoroughly. I was happy with the car and we discussed a part ex deal that i was happy with. I was due to collect the car a few days later but there were a few issues with the V5 (not the fault of Rawdon motors but just DVLA taking their time). The delay was over a week but Mark apologised and paid for 6 months road tax as compensation - true professionals and gentlemen. Id viewed a few Type R cars prior to this and this one was by far the best condition I'd seen. In fact, I'd taken it to a garage recently to have a service and they had it up on a ramp and commented on how good the condition of it was! I would buy again with cofidence.

Could not be more happy. When I went to the garage it was on the off chance that I might be able to get a car but I figured I'd be lucky to be able to get finance. I purchased a car in September 2016 I rang and paid a deposit to secure the car and went to collect the next day. The car was serviced and had a full m.o.t and any advisories(tyres) were all replaced and the car was gleaming inside and out on collection. I had to have work done on the car which the warranty company did not cover after a small misunderstanding. I called and spoke to mark at Rawdon and explained my situation to him. Mark offered for me to take my car to them and they would repair the fault and loan me a car while the work was being carried out. That was not suitable for me as I live around 1.5 hrs away from the garage. As a gesture of goodwill mark send me a cheque for x amount to help with the repairs which I was more than happy with now my car is back to its best. I would highly recommend Rawdon motors to anybody cars are priced very well and there staff are really helpful and friendly not like you find at other dealerships around the country.
