Wouldn't take any money off and I asked once I collected it for petrol in car Only 10 pounds in. We attended the Ringways Ford Special Event to do some homework before purchasing our next car. We were looked after by Tom who had a wealth of knowledge, answering all our questions and providing us with so much more useful information that we had not thought of. Tom was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. We did not feel as if we were being pressurised or made to feel uncomfortable in being forced to make unwanted decisions. From Receptionist to the Manager, all staff were polite and welcoming. We have yet to make a decision about our car purchase but if we do buy another Ford we will certainly use this garage which is where we bought our current car from.

Started enquiry for a replacement car early Saturday using the Ringways Chat service and was quickly routed to Lucy (Guest Experience Host). I had previewed several cars on the Ringways sales site and asked for more details. Lucy’ has a nice calm approach to selling a car and I did not feel pressurised at any point. A test drive was quickly arranged and Lucy gave us ample time to make our decision upon driving back into the garage. Was given a good exchange value on my Focus and the price was within my budget especially considering the low mileage of the new car (2019 plate). Additional add on options offered but again no hard sell which was very reassuring as I would have just rejected them all if a hard sell was made. Took several add-ons following explanations of benefits to me. Arrangements confirmed for the collection which was quite quick. Overall a good service and I now have an excellent car. Mahammed, the salesman, could not have done enough for us, ensuring that we were happy at every stage of our purchase. Ringways Leeds are really stricked with covid 19. Reserve a car on 14h dec and I get a phone call 15th dec about the car. A lady called Mia sorted everything out for me the paper work, she was very polite by going through each step with me. And I drove away 3 days after I reserved the car. I had a problem with the battery 2 weeks later but they sorted that straight away very fast polite service. Highly recommended

He sourced a car from the main warehouse that met our requirements and made sure any work that needed doing was done before it was handed over to us.
