What a wonderful experience my sister has just had buying a new car from the sales and management team at Ringways Kia Leeds. They were so helpful with the part exchange process and showed great patience with the paperwork requirements. Nothing was too much trouble from the time spent explaining changing the private registration over to going through every element of the car controls. It was a joy from start to finish with no pressure placed at any point only curtious and professional attention as and when requested. Once she had selected a car she was interested in the sales team answered all the relevant technical questions and made her feel really at ease with the follow up requirements. My sister could not thank the team enough for all their effort and making the purchase such a special occassion. Cuddles all round. Staff here are super nice and helpful. However, the whole thing took much longer than it should have because they have to run into the back to ask their manager a lot of the questions. With how much time was taken by the fact that they had to run back and forth asking managers questions we asked, it would've just been quicker and easier for everyone to bring the manager out to speak to us directly...

Absolutely outstanding customer service from Lewis Parish from the minute I stepped on to the forecourt to driving away in my new to me Kia Sportage. Nothing was too much trouble, including plenty of updates along the way. Lewis checked first that I was happy with how the pram and child car seat’s fitted into the car as he knew that was the main priority why I was wanting to changing my Juke for something bigger. Then off for a test drive whilst also sharing his great knowledge about the car. Sold… perfect sales pitch… professional and friendly. He advised me to arrange an appointment with him so that he would be able to show me the vehicle and to demonstrate the functions and controls of the car. He made me feel welcome and went out of his way to make sure that the Kia Stonic suited all of my needs and requirements which I was after. He kept me informed throughout the purchase of the vehicle of when and what was happening. Recently it became time to replace my Ceed so back to Ringways Kia and appointment made. Met at the door, sat down with staff telling them what I wanted. Right said the salesman,let’s go for a test drive.From that point on the I had little to do, even though I had a private reg on the Ceed, everything dealt with by the staff, GREAT! Sat at home waiting for delivery I had a couple of questions so calls made to staff. All questions answered, they couldn’t do enough for me. After the purchase of my Ceed from the same company this was the easiest business I ever had to go through. The staff are really pleasant and helpful.
