I can not recommend this guy enough. He was honest, the car was just as described and drives beautifully. It’s easy to sell a car that runs in to no problems, unfortunately mine came into a £500 problem within the first month. Just one of them things, unlucky. He took the car straight back, got the new part fitted and dropped my car back off to me with no problems. That’s how you look after customers. A really good honest man above all else, a great deal on the car and extremely helpful with me not knowing much on cars. The best person I have ever dealt with, in any trade! Can’t thank him enough. Its not often I write reviews but in this instance I felt compelled - I bought a car from SSB motors Limited last week and the customer service has been nothing short of phenomenal. Being a businessman myself I like to get a deal and felt Simon did everything he could to make the sale happen. I spoke to him over a number of days and he was always extremely polite and helpful. I then travelled from swansea to Leeds to collect the car and on arrival Simon instantly made me feel comfortable whilst keeping social distancing measures in place to complete the sale. What impressed me the most is the after care ive received; which is very rare with second hand car dealerships - there was a very minor issue with the car and Simon told me with no hesitation to take it to a local garage in swansea and get the job fixed and he picked up the bill. From the experience I’ve received I couldn’t recommend SSB Motors Ltd. highly enough and would definitely buy a car from them again.
