Just bought a brand new BMW and the service was fantastic! Daniel Ash, who we dealt with, was efficient, knowledgeable and very polite and friendly. In fact, everyone we spoke to was friendly. A special thank you to Hari, the lovely young lady on the reception - the flowers were beautiful, thank you so much! Handover was a great experience - Daniel went through all the functions on the car and made sure I was comfortable with everything before we drove away. The car was gleaming and I absolutely love it. I’ll definitely buy my next car from here and would highly recommend them.

Having made a few enquiries with other dealerships - I was quickly becoming frustrated by the lack of enthusiasm of the people I was dealing with. Then. I contacted Stratstone BMW Leeds and spoke with Danny Rhodes, what an absolute pleasure it was to deal with Danny. We were met by Iris at the door and the service was excellent throughout. Explained that I was deciding between an Audi A4 Avant and a 3 Series Touring and was provided with honest and helpful advice. After finding a great car that was just about in my budget, Iris handed us the keys for an unsupervised test drive. Driving the car without supervision was a surprise but it meant I could concentrate on the drive and really get a feel for the car. The car was a dream to drive and I was tempted to purchase there and then but Iris was understanding when I explained I'd still like to test the A4 Avant before making up my mind. She even offered to come in on her day off (a Saturday!) If I needed further help the next day. Visited Audi the next day and the car and service were no match for BMW. Ultimately decided to hold off on the new car purchase until after my upcoming ACL op but will definitely be back to see what's available when I'm back on my feet. Iris offered to keep me updated with deals until then. The professionalism, enthusiasm and care with which we were served was exceptional. Would highly recommend!

I Bought a 66 reg 3 series from Robbie, and it went effortless. The car wasn't viewed beforehand, but his description was spot on and car is better than i expected. Great overall experience, Would be happy buying my next car from Leeds Stratstone. A UPDATE. As you can see I left a lovely review the day after i purchased car but things changed 2 days ago after Robbie has lied to me and his manager hanging up the phone. Basically when I bought car Robbie told me the 1 year warranty was as brilliant litterly better than a New car deal as he said your covered for a year, as the car was fully serviced, new tyres all around he said you'll have a year trouble free motoring and even said if the battery dies 11 months down line BMW would replace, 4 months later surprise surprise when I took to chester halliwell Jones my closest dealer because the constant squeal from the m sport brakes ( I live in the country side and I spooked a horse and close to rider falling off) I thought I'd get them looked at, the mechanic reported that it was the rear pads touching the disc which was causing the squeal and I'd lost 2mm of disc and ideally they would need replacing. I mentioned the warranty which chester said we wouldnt cover as a service part. So speak to leeds. I did as you can imagine and Robbie denied ever mentioning the trouble free motoring, and said I would never have said that although my missus was right next to me and also heard. I then spoke to his manager who basically wasn't interested that this issue almost caused a horse to get spooked, he told me I've basically been braking too hard as I'd worn 2mm from the back brakes only, but front brakes no wear from when I bought car. I tried explaining that front brakes do more braking than back. But he wouldn't listen, then he told me that they spent £2500 prepping my car before buying and the way he was telling me it was my problem, so because they spend that amount I'd have to pay the repair myself. He then rudely put the phone down. So after spending £18000, 4 months driving and 4 thousand miles thats customer service. So folks welcome to leeds Bmw. In fact don't bother, and if you do don't believe a word they say about warranty.
