On a wet October Thursday afternoon as we drove from Yorkshire back home to Nottingham, we decided to stop and take a look at a Countryman as we passed Mini Leeds. With outstanding service both personally and professionally we walked away having bought a new Countryman. Imran Khan worked hard to get us a deal we never thought was possible, but he did. The service has been fluent, being worried with the distance but it was easy, convenient and communication was excellent. I can not recommend buying a mini from Stratstone Leeds enough.

My wife Karen wanted a Mini Cooper hatchback but wasn’t sure whether to go for nearly new or order brand new with the accessories and colours she fancied. Given she was open to all options we asked for help and guidance. The sale person who dealt with us ( Paul ) was so helpful he went through all the options , cars in stock and then went onto the mini builder and walked through all the options , features and prices. As she was able to see exactly what she was getting she placed an order for new. Paul offered a test drive , sorted all the paperwork and even made us coffee as the machine was broken . We have been to both Stratstone Mini and BMW Leeds before and had cars maintained there. Always professional & helpful . We looked at other dealerships on-line but Stratstone was our first choice based on previous experience , they again delivered the high standard service we have come to expect. Drove from some distance to see a used mini, contacted the dealership the day before and they secured the vehicle for me with a refundable deposit so I would be disappointed. From the moment I entered the building Paul Rosen was a true professional. He was open and honest and made the process of the purchase easy. I can’t wait to get my new car. Showroom was very clean and covid safe, with plenty of shielded desks and lots of hand gel around and spotlessly clean. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Having dealt with Jack over the course of several phone calls, and in person once, I feel I must praise the level of customer service he delivered. Initial specific requirements for a car were met, a fair deal was set up, communication was excellent and a delicate situation was professionally dealt with by him to conclude our business. Having bought many cars over the years, and having had to leave several poor reviews on google as a result, I feel it only fair to acknowledge positive customer service experiences too. Genuinely, if you're considering going here for a MINI then ask for Jack- he is attentive, polite, knowledgeable and comes across as actually caring about doing his job as a representative for the Mini brand. Companies need to be mindful of perpetuating a culture problem within the motor trade by recruiting dead-eyed passive aggressive sales people whom make buying cars a disproportionate mental health stress test. However in this case here, on behalf of MINI, Jack's exceptional customer service is a credit to what the brand is aspiring for.

My initial impression of this dealership was not great, the guy that I initially spoke to was extremely rude and I ended up walking out. However another member of staff came out after us to apologise for what had happened and asked if we would come back in and give them another chance. Amazing Customer Service, Went in on Monday to ask about my brake pads as i was stupid and went to a garage instead of mini to get a set of brake pads and discs fitted to fin 3 months down the line they where down to metal (due to being fitted wrong at a garage). Mini where amazing and fit me in yesterday morning to get them replaced. went in and they got me to sit in a waiting area which was comfortable. the customer service lady (Chloe i believe) came up and updated me on the situation. I was there for about 3 hours in total which i felt was a bit long but after i payed the £350 i went out and my Mini was Gleaming inside and out, they cleaned the car i was going to take it to get cleaned today but they did it for me. Would defiantly recommend going to MINI rather then a garage who just mess up and cause stress.

Very happy with the service I have recieved and the speedy turn around time (even with added extras added to the vehicle). A small issue was resolved without issue and fixed within minutes. The team work as a team to sell a vehicle without the usual hassle of salesmen trying to get the custom for themselves. My only slight (and I stress slight) annoyance was because of this way of selling a vehicle different "specialist" people were brought into the sales process to discuss certain aspects like gap insurance and extras. But overall a great garage and certainly the most pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had!

Such a fantastic experience of buying our new MINI. We visited Sandal in Wakefield first where we waited in the showroom for 35 minutes to be ignored by staff who were hiding in an office playing on their mobile phones and actively avoiding customers! Headed to Stratstone Leeds to see what they had to offer and was bowled over from start to finish. Gemma (retail manager) looked after us due to the entire team of people there being busy and worked us out a very fair part exchange price and great deal on the new car we wanted which even had more specification than we initially wanted. The whole team made such a fuss of my 2 year old and even had her involved in removing the cover off the car. What an experience! I couldn’t recommend a better garage to anyone buying a new or used car. I went here one wet Saturday having been told by a friend who had bought a car from them a few months ago. I was told how well they were treated and what a good deal they got. I wasn’t disappointed I was met by a lovely young lady called Hannah who simply couldn’t do enough to help. I was at the dealership a couple of hours looking at a variety of used minis. I didn’t really know what model I wanted but it was no trouble to Hannah and her boss Simon Stolting. They both spent lots of time showing me different minis. I eventually chose the car I liked and was taken for a test drive. It was an 18 month old Mini Cooper. They allowed me to drive the car on a variety of roads and wasn’t rushed into any decision making at all. No pushy sales just good helpful advice. We arrived back at the dealership and I was offered more coffee and refreshments in a lovely modern showroom. I bought the car and was promised it for the Tuesday. Unfortunately I ended up having to work. It wasn’t a problem tho Simon organised a lovely guy to deliver it to my place of work. I couldn’t recommend Simon and the guys at mini Leeds enough. Amazing, never have I bought my mini parts with ease. Rung a young fellow called Tom this afternoon cheered me right up straight to the point and asked me how my weekend was. Very good level of customer service but on two separate occasions we have found food wrappers discarded in our car. Once when we purchased the car, the salesperson looked very embarrassed to find an ice cream wrapper in the glove box. The second time was when we took it in for a warranty repair, the garage gave it a full clean and valet, but somehow missed that the mechanic doing the work had stuffed a greasy Greggs wrapper into the driver door cup holder.
