C.Had a test drive today in the Tesla model 3 and I must say it was an absolutely incredible car to drive..so smooth and effortless and the acceleration is infectious..was having trouble book the experience but the staff were very helpful and the whole experience with my 17 year old son on the run was very special..Thankyou guys at Tesla it was awesome.👍
H. C.If you like your tech, reliability and great drive you’ve probably got a Tesla. Only downside to the showroom in Leeds are if you want any advice or comparisons you must obtain own information via the website, no salesmen here as such which also has an added bonus of not being pestered.
R. M.Had a really annoying noise which turned out to be an issue with the suspension arm/steering but all sorted and on my way after 2 coffees. Great service from the service team .. no Jaffa cakes though! ;-)
K. F.Very strange experience. Having never owned a Tesla before (this is a company car, which I've had since June 2020) and never needing to come in for any work, I found the whole experience different than anything I'd experienced before. Aside from the initial booking in when I arrived, there's absolutely no human interaction whatsoever. I simply received a text when my car was finished and off I went. What's worrying is that they don't even need your key card! The first I knew my car was being worked on when was I looked at the app and it said it was 'In Service'. Can't fault the facilities though, maybe eat less of the choccy bikkies next time though 🤔.
I. P.Very friendly staff. No hard sell they let the product speak for itself. I Was offered a test drive without having to ask and without an appointment. Make sure you take your driving licence with you though.

No need to speak to anyone in 'service' but they are there if you want anything. Nice comfortable environment to work in whilst waiting, with free coffee, twix, KitKat's etc. Can't fault it.
M. P. M.I arranged a contract free test drive easily online. The course they set out had a good mix of motorways and smaller roads. The whole thing lasted about 40mins. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Great experience overall and looking forward to ordering one!

A. W.I popped into the Leeds showroom in late July to look at the Model 3. What impressed me most was the relaxed atmosphere compared to a traditional car dealership - absolutely no hard-sell whatsoever, just friendly staff who were happy to help when called upon, but willing to leave you alone to browse.
I took a test drive of the Model 3 LR AWD in August and placed an order shortly after. Finally took delivery November 22nd - these cars must be in great demand!
Collection went smoothly - just a single document to sign, a brief video presentation outlining the basics of the car, and then outside to admire the new toy. I went back inside before leaving and got chatting to one of the staff for quite a while - no sign of the usual 'yeah right, we've got your money so you can get lost now' attitude - again just super friendly and the staff clearly enjoy their work.
This was by far the best experience I've had when buying a car via a showroom, and it was entirely due to the lack of pressure and the pleasant staff.

m. l.Visited the showroom recently to view the range, though specifically to have a closer look at the Model 3 and possibly place an order.
The showroom is well placed and all 3 (X,S & 3) in stock to view and sit in. The staff were just great and couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. I love all of these vehicles, especially the X as I’m 6’2” and love the space. The model 3 look great, HOWEVER the front seats are so very low to the floor that you sit with your legs almost straight out in front of you ( due to the battery pack raising the floor level ) .... Not comfortable at all and I’m amazed that no review I’ve read or seen has mentioned this at all ! - as a note I’m lucky enough to regularly drive such cars as Porsche 911, Ferrari’s, Astons etc and so used to sitting low, but all of these are comfortable for me, especially as I drive long distance through Europe.
I’m now awaiting the Model Y and hoping that the legroom / seat height will be more generous, though again no reviews mention seat heights or leg room compared to the 3 !
D. A.A four star plus experience. Excellent customer service. No hard sell, just hard facts. Test drive was easy to arrange but could have been a better experience. Given minimum guidance and let loose on the unknown roads of Leeds, a bit off-putting, even with the excellent sat nav. Also, because attention was focused on the unknown roads and the car, we felt unable to start searching menus to try out the auto pilot and other features. Bought one anyway. To good to pass by.

Given the FSD is a £6k option (that isn't fully operational yet with no confirmed date for when it will be) I would have liked to have a proper demo of it's current capabilities.

J.I'm sitting in Tesla, Leeds and what a difference in the staff and everything they do. They are very pleasant and very helpful. The complete and utter opposite to a year ago when I came to buy my car. I am alone in a separate conference room because I'm at risk and I walked around outside a lot first but it's very cold out there today. I ve been made a hot coffee by Pal who is the very loveliest man. He is helping me get my car serviced and sorted. Thankyou very much Pal. Your kindness is infectious and you brighten up the whole place. Everyone needs a member of staff like Pal. The new Superchargers here need a new Connection Converter that I didn't know about and Pal is really taking care of me. He is a breath of fresh air and Tesla is a better place than it ever was before. All the staff are smiling and look happy. What a beautiful and refreshing difference. There is a very good saving to be had on these new connecters right now as they charge your car much more quickly, like 10 to 15 minutes max for mine just now. Pal put my newly purchased one on my car and charged it up. Thankyou very very much to all the staff here. Please don't change. Great job. Well done. :))) ps the best start was a man, another Tesla customer, from the Wirral. He came all that way to get a connector. He told me in the car park exactly what I needed to put my car on charge as I found that NONE of the 8 brand new supercharger connection cables would plug into my 1 year old very expensive Model S using any of the adapter cables which came with the car. I looked at them all. He was the most amazing person and I thank him sincerely for starting me off on a very good day.

A. P.Tesla Leeds you rock. My car was initially reviewed by Steve who came out to my car to see what the issues were. He took all my additional questions (I had a list), gave me advice and tips on how to use the car to it's full potential. Whilst waiting for the car to be serviced, Richard took more of my questions and gave me more advice on using the car. Service ran to time, they kept me updated with what needed doing for the car (without me asking). I really can't fault Leeds Tesla for their excellent customer service. You are a true testament to what customer service is about. Keep it up.
