Very pleased with the car I received from The Car Finance Hub. Didn't have the greatest credit history but Emma managed to find me a great deal. Great communication throughout and kept me updated along the way. The car got delivered to me, despite the distance. Not only did they put it through another MOT so that it had the full year (despite only being 2 months into its current MOT), they had it cleaned throughout (which I didn't expect). This was a nice touch and makes it evident that they care about their cars and customers. Its the little extras they do that make the company stand out from others. Overall very pleased and won't hesitate recommending them or returning to them again should I choose to upgrade.

Would of been 5 stars but I was a bit disappointed when I collected my car as I was told it would be fully valeted showroom ready, although clean inside there was an odour of cigarettes. The car had obviously not been cleaned ready for collection, plus there were wax smudges all over where it hadn’t been worked in properly.The tank was completely empty it just made it to the petrol station with light flashing, plus the owner manual and service book also missing from the car. Other than that I was happy with the way James sorted out my finance, he was friendly, professional and kept me updated all through the buying process.

Unbelievable service honestly, I started my car search 48 hours ago and I got delivered my beautiful new car today, whilst at work.
