D. R.Excellent staff and first class Motorhome. Vantage have been extremely helpfull. We have used our motorhome regularly over the past 6 months which includes the winter. The motorhome build quality; fixture, fittings, insulation, heating, electrical wiring etc., is excellent. During coldest nights our Vantage Neo performed very well - there were no draughts. Recent torrential downpours (February 2020) - no water ingress or damp areas. The end lounge provides comfort and space and in turn, makes a huge bed with ample room.
The Fiat Ducato has exceeded expectations. It is quite and very comfortable. Haven driven Mercedes Sprinters in the past and again recently when we hired a Campervan in Australia, the Fiat is preferred due to the quite and well insulated engine - no need to speak loudly to be heard. Also, Fiat Ducato is a slightly wider and box shaped which provides more living space in the rear.
Overall, very pleased with our choice. Having researched the marketplace extensively, looked at coach-built, A class and other manufacturers, we are very satisfied with our Neo.
N. H.We have now owned a Vantage Neo for 18 months and are delighted with both the van and the after sales service from the Vantage team in Leeds. The van itself is well put together, easy to drive and manoeuvre on tight campsites. So far we have covered 11000 miles since new taking it to France, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Germany and Denmark. The van gets admiring looks wherever it goes.
As with all vans it has had a few niggles but the team in Leeds are always helpful, its easy and quick to book it in and repairs are undertaken with no quibble first time.
We would certainly buy from Vantage again, but the quality of this van is such that it wont need replacing for many years and after many more adventures.

Absolutely everything you would want when making a big decision about whether to buy a motorhome: consultative, friendly, knowledgeable, easy going. Would definitely recommend.
K. S.On Friday 26th June at 08.30 we took our Vantage Sol motorhome into Pym street for a habitation service. They were extremely courteous and displayed a high level of professionalism. We found the motorhome beautifully clean inside and we were given a full explanation of all work undertaken which seemed to be very thorough. We were very impressed and would highly recommend Vantage motorhomes.
C. F.We bought a vantage lux 1 year ago with 1500 miles from New , The quality is manly ok I found the staff helpful and friendly. However after using it a couple of times I've noticed a few things , A shelf was very wonky needed refitting . Some Switchs put in and pushed the veneer out in lumps 1 cupboard door didn't fit and some of the roof lining coming unglued . Its a shame that the person who fitted it out didn't take more care also ive noticed there are 2 different types of clips on the windows slightly different models . Personally i think these things should have been seen and fixed before it was sold .
P. B.We've had our Sol for nearly 5 years and 24 000 miles and never a moment's regret about our decision, reached after 3 years of looking for a van to suit us. The design, build quality and service are all excellent: any problems, and we've had some minor ones with bought in components, have been sorted out straightaway without the quibbling we experienced with a previous van from a different company. If you're after a two berth van, you can't go wrong with one from Scot and his team.
N. T.Helen and I are new to the world of the Motor Home however we are not new to dealing with companies who do not put the customer first. I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences when dealing with a sales operation. Helpful, polite nothing was too much trouble especially in respect of returning calls and talking outside normal office hours. The product is first class the service world beating and it would appear you are a customer for life. If you can afford these Motorhomes then look no further as our search took us all over the uk and we now are the proud owner of a vantage NEO.
