Just purchased a Jaguar XE from this dealership and the whole process has been exceptional. Walked into dealership wanting a prepared jaguar xe with 180bhp diesal however it was not at the destination which at first felt like a bummer, Nigel then decided to take us through their car lot, I noticed an excellent looking jaguar xe turbo petrol 250bhp at first I was resilient being young and all, Nigel did not judge or jump to assumptions he gladly supported us through the purchase of the vehicle with a smile on his face, Nigel then promised to get the car ready for Friday and tried his best however as the car was not pre - prepared it needed work done on it, the car was then delayed until Tuesday, however as I had previously told Nigel that I needed a car for the weekend due to my personal reasons, he arranged with his colleague which I believe was called Ali for me to take a range rover evoque pd300e over the weekend which was an excellent choice of car giving me the experience to drive something of such class at a young age was an experience, he then promised to have everything ready for Tuesday as the work was extensive and thoroughly done reassuring me that I won't have any problems in the near future. Nigel has been a very understanding individual who is passionate about his job. If you ever work alongside Nigel on purchasing a car be rest assured he will do everything in his power to make you a happy customer. 10/10 service from t Jaguar guisely.

The car was brought in from another Vertu Jaguar Dealership and made available for test driving, purchase options including a very generous purchase/part exchange of our existing Evogue were discussed. Have used this dealer for years both for buying parts/accessories as well as having service work done. Every experience has been a positive one and not once in all the years of dealing with them have they ever failed to provide top level courtesy and service. It's the only dealership I've used that retains a family business feel in customer care. The staff know the customers from reception all the way to the service personnel they remember the customers, their cars and give a genuine level of care and professional service that is unmatched anywhere else. Prices are very reasonable and when you factor in that parts are guaranteed and are genuine items, fitted by Jaguar trained technicians, you can't beat the peace of mind provided knowing your car is in good hands. Well worth going here for all your needs if you have a Jaguar. I've just picked mine up after having some work done and it looks and drives like a new car, many thanks to all at Farnell Jaguar Bradford, I am very happy!

I have recently purchased an approved non Jaguar vehicle from Farnell Jaguar Bradford and couldn't be happier with the customer service so far. In particular i would like to give a special thankyou to Hannah Sweeney who made the daunting task of buying a car a much more pleasant experience. Hannah had a very professional attitude and couldn't have been more happy to help. I would also like to mention regardless of my car not being a hugely expensive vehicle by Jaguar standards i feel i was not treated any differently than someone intending on spending 5 times my budget. Overall i think deserving of 5 stars.
