I am really impressed with the level of service from the tean at Vertu Jaguar, Leeds. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone was so friendly, easy going and willing to go above and beyond. Liam was a great sales person - a fair negotiator - which I really appreciated and Josh was such a blessing. I would like to say that he helped me to sort out new plates for the car but that would suggest that I had something to do with the process. Much to my relief Josh sorted everything out from beginning to end and I couldn't be more happy with the results! I have no hesitation in recommending Vertu Jaguar if you are looking for a new or used car.

Despite not being a customer on this occasion, I was very impressed by this dealership and one of its salesmen Hasan. Both the dealership and sales exec were immaculately presented and there was a wide variety of vehicles on offer.. if only I’d waited 2 more weeks instead of settling for Audi!! I am a big advocate for the sales exec Hasan as he made me feel welcome as soon as I entered the garage, and was very well mannered and not pushy at all which is very important to me when visiting garages, which is something I didn’t experience at Audi 🤔🤔 however Hasan is a credit to the Jaguar garage and they should keep doing what they’re doing!!

Lovely staff. Lovely cars. Great test drive after my husband stopped trying to scare me to death when he was in the driving seat. Electric cars much updated now but too powerful for a lot of the ppl who will buy them. Pity they cant give you coffee and biscuits again because of covid. As usual we were very well looked after. We went back to Leeds to see Ricki who was great but he's moved on. Shame. The manager we did get, Liam, was very efficient and a great help. As always excellent smiling service from Jaguar. I would recommend them to anyone. 😊

From the moment walking in the door we were treated really well, even though I wasn't looking at one of their more expensive cars, was dealt with by Wayne who although new had clearly been trained well and knew his onions, when it came to the deal one of the managers Ashley came and sat down with us and got us a great deal (I knew it was a great deal as my wife did this job so she did all the bartering). On collecting the vehicle Wayne made the handover quick and smooth and both managers Ashley and Bob came and saw me to make sure everything had gone to plan, they even gave me a wine glass set, that coupled with the amazing handover process of uncovering my car from under a sheet in handover room (can't describe but it makes the car look great with the lighting) made the experience far exceed my expectations. I can't recommend enough. At no point did the experience/sale feel pushy or rushed by any of the staff when I was making decisions. Best car sales people I've had the pleasure of dealing with.

Fantastic experience buying my Jaguar from Farnell. Easy process with great results, good part ex price and a super car. sales staff very helpfull and the car was delivered with minimum fuss.
Only thing a can fault is, I was promised a touch up stick, as car had a chip on bonnet. This never arrived, so have had to buy my own.

Brought my car in for an investigation relating to a few issues (picked up from another Jaguar dealer).
Wesley Richards, service advisor, called me as soon as the issues were diagnosed and went through them with me making sure I was happy every step of the way. He sent a personalised video through walking around the car showing the various tests and checks too.
I'd recommend JLR Farnell Leeds and would say to request Wesley if possible for servicing and maintenance. Their courtesy car service was arranged too and they provided a nice XF for a few days.

Last week I took delivery of my brand new Jaguar iPace HSE. Priced at £79,410 this is the most I’ve ever paid for a car.
Upon collecting the vehicle I was made aware that the traditional Jaguar umbrella was no longer offered as a token gesture of thanks, nor where there any flowers for the wife, in fact nothing at all, nada, nein, zilch.
I have to say that this left a sour taste in mouth and somewhat spoilt the whole occasion associated with collecting a brand new car. I asked the salesman why this was and he told me it was cutbacks!
I assure you this is a false economy as you now have a customer who remembers the collection of his prestige for the wrong reasons.

Farnell jag leeds was very easy to locate with plenty of parking.I purchased a 1 year old jag that was competitively priced,possibly could have found cheaper elsewhere but in the end I was glad I never.The salesman who I dealt with Lawrence Johnstone was very knowledgable and I expected to be given the keys and just drive away,this was not the case,I was shown around the car and all the controls which took about an hour which was a relief as I was a bit apprehensive about driving it home.I would highly recommend Farnell jag and will be dealing with them in the future.
