I Couldn't recommend them highly enough. There is always a negative stigma connected with the car industry but from the very first moment I dealt with Vertu, I was dealt with professionalism, honesty and integrity. Sarah was my first point of call who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. There were a few obstacles/issues I faced towards the end of the sale but Tahir, the new sales manager stepped in and instantly helped resolve the issue. Highly recommended!!

I can honestly say this was the best buying experience I’ve ever had with my car. After my partner took her car in there for servicing I was incredibly impressed with the service. After I initially being unimpressed with some of the sales staff, the sales manager introduced us to Simon Lewis. He was outstanding. Simon gave us great buying advice, timely service and an extremely personable experience. Twice! After my partner bought her new car, I went back and exchanged my car and it’s the best thing I ever did. Services are good and priced as expected for a dealership. You get a bit of a cold welcome until they know why you are there. I assume this is due to the number of people that waste their time in the showroom. If you could get to the service counter any other way I would. I like a look at the cars while waiting, but would happily skip it if I didn't get to feel like I was being a such burden to the showroom staff.

What an experience - you can tell that Farnell has put a lot of thought and investment into the customer journey. Sounds strange to describe the process of buying a car as an 'experience' but that's what it is at Farnell.
