My partner put a £100 deposit down on a car but our circumstances changed before we were able to view it. Sam and Omar were very understanding about this and after a positive chat, they refunded us £50. I found this very fair and would recommend this garage for showing their honesty and integrity when dealing with ourselves.

Reasonable prices, a decent range of cars, informative and helpful staff (Sam and Sinead) who sent detailed videos before our visit, and chased up service history specifics. Sam even had the car valeted with unscented products when I mentioned the smell of the chemicals used usually gives me headache. Great service, highly recommended and I love the car!

Got my wife a BMW from here, collected it only seeing images online, car was as advertised, they gave me half a tank of fuel which was nice. Pity the restaurant next door wasn’t open as we were ready for some food. The price of the car was good, took out the extended warranty for what it cost it was worth it.

Bough car from vision Motors Leeds, Sam, my salesman, went above and beyond, had great communication, and any questions needed answering they were answered, due to me needing a family car for my wife, due to me having to go away to work in Scotland that day, Sam kindly went out is way and met me at the show room on his day off !! and left me alone to make my own choice whether i was completely satisfied with the car of my choice. He gave me the key and told me to have a good look around and test drive the car, easy trans action, friendy service, highly recommend very happy with our new car!! Sam what an amazing guy.

I bought a car recently from the Leeds branch and was dealt with by Sam. From the start my experience was professional and considerate. The car I wanted to purchase was for my parents and Sam allowed me to come and view the car immediately when I called. It was a freezing cold day and he went out of his way to defrost the car (Corsa) as I looked around it. Without any fuss he allowed me a test drive there and then. He assured me that some minor work would be done (some paint work, exhaust ) at no extra cost. When I returned a few days later to collect the car, as well as being valeted it also had new hubcaps and boot struts put in at no extra cost again. There was no hard sell and Sam was willing to answer all our questions. Nothing seemed too much for him. Well done, a very satisfied customer here!
