A truely fantastic service by Graham from start to finish. Cant fault the attention to detail or knowledge about the cars. From the initial discussion of our requirements, the testing of the preferred model and spec and eventually the purchase of the car - the level of customer service was outstanding. The whole process was effortless and I'm in no doubt I've got a better quality and spec of car than I'd ever have found myself. within 48 hours of having an initial chat with Graham about what we were looking for, he had found us the perfect car at the price we wanted! Graham was great from start to finish. I called him about a Mercedes A-Class that we were interested in. He was very courteous and professional in his approach. He went the extra mile to explain the features of the vehicle and put me in contact with his credit broker. This part was not plain sailing as my credit file is not amazing, but Graham helped me massively to get the application accepted. He didn’t have to do that, a lot of places would have given up! We searched high and low for a car which had literally everything on it which we was after and was within our budget. We arranged to visit Walker Pratt Automotive too see the car and through out the viewing process Graham was nothing but informative, professional and friendly. We never felt pressured to leave a deposit or purchase the car. We decided to buy the car as it ticked all the boxes and we couldn't be happier. Delivery was a great touch as not many company's deliver car's to customers. We were kept informed of what time Graham would be arriving and the whole process was simply a breeze and very informative from start to finish. One thing which I feel I should say is, Graham is a genuine guy and will do all he can to ensure you are satisfied with your search for a new car. After purchasing the car and everyone being happy we noticed DAB was in fact missing even though we were sure it was fitted to the car. Graham sent a courtesy email to ask how we were getting on and hoped we are enjoying the car. We mentioned we were ecstatic but a bit gutted to find it didn't have DAB as we thought it did, and to my surprise Graham offered to send back £150 so we could retrofit a DAB unit in the car. This was a fantastic gesture and thoroughly appreciated as we now have digital radio. I would have no hesitation in recommended Walker Pratt Automotive to friends or family and will definitely check them out when it comes to my next car.

Can't fault the service at all! From start to finish Graham has been clear and answering all my questions that I've had. Even in these times, surrounding COVID-19, it's taken less than 2 weeks for everything to be arranged and i'm now in my new car. Due to circumstances, the delivery driver was unable to make it on the day of delivery, but Graham personally delivered the vehicle to myself out of working hours just to make sure I had the car ready for the morning. The car is beautiful and couldn't have been made easier, especially with this being my second car. Graham handled everything professionally and applied that 5* treatment. I was in search of a new car due to a change in jobs bringing a longer commute. My budget was fixed, and centered around two different makes/models. During my search, I met Graham, where he advised of his sourcing service. I had a very specific requirement for spec on each model. Using his impressive automotive knowledge and sourcing network Graham sent across a number of ‘hits’. I was impressed with his knowledge and he found a car that not only met my requirements but also had more spec than I could have imagined. This, however, is not the most important point that I want to highlight. During my search prior to meeting Graham, I didnt have a good experience from dealers, being a girl looking for a high spec, sporty car, I found I was simply overlooked, that dealers would speak to my boyfriend instead of me although I was the one both looking and paying for the car! With Graham, I felt very comfortable and always thought that he treated me with respect and took my opinion seriously! I would most definitely use the car sourcing service again, probably the only way we will buy cars now. No hassle, no hard sell, and excellent results.
