D. O.I asked Baz if I could post a review following a very pleasurable buying process which resulted in me being the proud owner of my first Lexus!
From the initial email through the unpressured test drive , and Bazs obvious knowledge and passion for these premium vehicles , I chose the car I wanted but at the time he didn’t have the colour and spec I wanted !
A few days later Baz texted me to say he had been offered a car which fitted my needs . I viewed it and left a deposit so that Baz could get the car MOTd and some other jobs done. I asked about an extended warranty and Baz left me with a leaflet from the company he deals with .
I collected the car ... which was all shiny and valeted ... and paid for the warranty plus some agreed extra work ... and drove 30 miles home with a big grin on my face!
The car is 9 years old but feels like a much younger car!
As I said... Baz has sold me my FIRST Lexus ... and I intend to go back to him for my next one !
I’ve bought and sold more cars than I care to remember and this experience was top of the pile!
