Really helpful when looking at cars as we couldn't quite decide what we wanted, Paul was really good as trying to buy a car with a bored 18month old is not easy. Great collection of cars to choose from. On collecting the car they had done a really nice job cleaning it, was really pleased with the service we got from them. Would recommend.

Phoned up to discuss a car that was for sale, communication was very professional. Paul reserved the car without a deposit, which I thought was very refreshing. I travelled 120 miles from Liverpool to view the car on the back of reviews that I had seen. I can safely say the reviews were 100% accurate, truly professional through the whole process, car is as they said and described. A transparent, genuine and fair business....how refreshing! I bought my car a year ago and didnt want to leave a review until I could be sure of this rating. I love my car. I have had a few minor issues with the it when I got it (it was me being picky to be honest), Paul and his team were fantastic, they sorted out the niggles straight away and even gave me a courtesy car whilst the work was being done. The car came with 12 months warranty when I bought it and this has been so good that I have just renewed it for another year. If you are thinking of getting a new used car I would highly recommend Barry Charles Motors.

I purchased a Peugeot 208 from Paul back in February, he had the colour and age of vehicle that I had been searching for I .The transaction was very smooth and Paul very friendly and put us at ease. Unfortunately I have had a couple of issues with the car, I have contacted Paul on both opportunities, who has done nothing but help me solve the issues, reimbursing me, or chasing others in my behalf, despite it being 7 months since the car purchase. I cannot think that any other private car sales room would offer such excellent personal support and customer service. Paul has done nothing but assure me that he takes the sales of his vehicles, as his top priority and every experience with him, should be of a platinum service. He has done nothing but take on my concerns personally and resolve them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to use Barry Charles motors to purchase a used car. It’s a shame they aren’t closer- but worth the distance to obtain excellent service and confidence in purchasing not only a very good car- but the support of an excellent team- well after the sales are complete- thank you!
