I brought the Mrs a car from Bridge car sales 7 years and and it has been a brilliant reliable car for her. It was now time to buy her a new car and I was not going anywhere else as the service was so good last time. The Mrs found a car she liked straight away as soon as we walked onto the forecourt. We spoke to the salesman who was very helpful talking though the payment options and found the best payment plan for us with extended 3 year warranty for piece of mind. We took the Car out for a test drive and the Mrs feel in love with the car. We completed all the paperwork and was driving away in less than an hour. Needed out of my PCP and I was recommended Bridge Car Sales by a friend. Must say out of any car deal I’ve had they have always tried getting me the quickest option and which is usually the most expensive! Dan Dean, helped me out massively on the day, paid the remaining PCP I had and also got me the cheapest deal he possibly could through Santander! Took several hours but he kept me comfortable offering me food and drink. Couldn’t have asked for a better service! 3 months free warranty on the car is also an added bonus.

Me and my partner purchased a Tesla from Bridge Car Sales in October 2021, We were a little apprehensive about not going direct to Tesla for the purchase, as it is such a niche car, but we were really impressed and pleasantly surprised with the level of knowledge and service from the sales team. The sale was really straight forward and Bridge Car Sales were also able to arrange the finance on PCP with Santander. The whole process was very smooth, and even after the purchase when we rang up to ask about how to register the car onto the Tesla app, they knew exactly what to do and guided us through the process, even offering for us to come back in and they would set it all up with us. 5 stars.

I purchased a BMW 1 Series from Lee on a very snowy grey day. After taking the car home and giving it a clean and a dry I noticed a few paint defects and a rattle from the exhaust. I contacted Lee regarding these issues and he took the car back without question to get all the defects rectified without question or cost to myself and provided a nice courtesy car to help me get around while the work was been done. The car was brought back to me today and presented to very high standard. Lee and his staff were very professional and attentive throughout the entire process and clearly know exactly what they are doing when it comes to providing high quality customer care. I would 100% recommend to everyone.

My Dad Recently Bought a Beautiful Jaguar from Dan at Bridge Car Sales and nothing was too much trouble for him from the start to the finish..He was so helpful and patient with my Dad and my Dad is absolutely thrilled with his new Jaguar after recently losing my Mum and his Beloved Wife. Bought a cheap run around as my son's first car, mechanically seemed sound, cosmetically it's was pretty shocking! But we knew that so that was fine. Cut a longer story short, car battery was dead so needed a new one before we could drive it away, paid full price for car and Lee agreed to fit a new battery. Collected car next day and although a new battery was fitted it was smaller with less capacity (and no doubt cheaper!) than the correct replacement. Given the car is a diesel the car ideally should have had the heavier duty battery. A couple of subsequent calls and Lee provided a new correct replacement battery. So overall happy with car and how the issue was finally resolved.

Lee is a fantastic dealer, I can honestly say you can buy in complete confidence with him! Clear communication throughout and he was happy to answer every one of my many questions! Due to covid and buying out of area, Lee was totally open about the condition of the vehicle he was selling, sending photos of every detail of the van without even being asked. He happily liaised with the pick up company to collect the van for it to be delivered to me. There was no pressure to buy and he was clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. The van is fantastic, it will serve us well, with the added reassurance of the 14 day test drive period and 3 month warranty. Thank you again! We shall be keeping an eye out for any future vehicles we may want to buy.

However it was missing a rear parcel shelf, after some discussions Lee agreed to discount the car for the price of the shelf which I purchased separately.
