O. S. R.I was immediately called over to the reception desk as I entered the dealership. I was introduced to the person who would be looking after me and she proceeded to check the paperwork. As this was only a 2 year service there were no issues to report, but I did mention that I had lost a dustcap from one of my wheels. Trish asked me when I wanted my car returning - I said I didn't mind and she said she could have it done my lunch time and would give me a call when it was ready!! At approx 11am I was sent a video by the mechanic, wo I knew the wok was in progress, and at 11.40 received a call from Trish to say that my ca was being cleaned so was almost ready for me to collect. When I got there the paperwork was all ready, I paid, and as I was about to leave she told me that the dust cap had been replaced. Great!!

H.When I booked my service I mentioned I had a text offering 15% discount I was told to show it when I collected my car and it would be deducted from the bill when I mentioned the text I was told I should have shown it when I dropped my car off, I still got it but the invoice had to be re done, maybe the people booking work in should be made aware of this.

Only down side was on getting my car I was told it was cleaned but the roof was still covered in wax. Rang them the same day about it. Would of been nice if they'd asked me to bring it back for a proper clean. But was told they'd feedback to the valet team. Felt that as it wasn't a brand new car it didn't matter as much. Attention to detail means a lot to customers.
Other than that I'd recommend them.

It was so nice to be able to conduct business with salesman Steve Lewin who has a wealth of knowledge of Renault cars having sold these for many years. I was able to test drive a couple of Capturs to find the right car for myself. Steve was not pushy in any way but there to answer any questions I had. On the day of purchase he ran through all the functions and gadgets on the vehicle with me.
