I had been looking for an electric car for some time having had a Hybrid before. We had been to several garages and concluded that the MG was by far the best value for money that we could get. We took a test drive which was no problem and the staff were extremely helpful. I would particularly like to thank Saj and Neil for their helpful and friendly service. The presentation of my car on collection day was a total surprise and I was absolutely delighted with the fuss that was made! Really friendly customer service and clearly a place that values their customers. Would recommend without a doubt.

What can we say OMG, if you want an amazing level of service from start to finish then Drive MG Leicester is the place to purchase not just a new car but they have an extensive range of used vehicles. Katie gave us a quote on Car Wow which even though it wasn't the closest dealership it was the best package, Katie was quick to respond to any questions I made which then allowed us to visit the showroom to test drive. Upon visiting we were met by Saj who knew so much about the car gave us the keys to allow us to test drive to which we knew this car was for us. Order placed and we rang the bell. Katie and Saj kept us updated all the time and no request was too much, tow bar, private plate, ect. We collected the car without any hassel at all. This has been the easiest car purchase we have ever done. The whole process was faultless and we would happily purchase from Katie and Saj again in the future, even talks about a second vehicle have started.

What a brilliant experience from start to finish. Saj was amazing. He talked me through how motability worked as this is our first car and he kept his promise to have the car ready before Xmas. In fact he had the car ready to go on my birthday and when I turned up to collect it he wished me and my son a happy birthday and game me some flowers and chocs. Visited drive mg Leicester went for a test drive and fell in love with it I've picked the colour blue just think it suits the shape of the car amazing car now for the experience from the sales team what can I say that I had an excellent experience first time in a showroom first time buying a brand new car to be honest but yeah made me feel so relaxed kept me updated pointed me in the right direction was gonna lease for around £500 so glad they told me the best way to go and saving me money at same time now I've got equity to trade in for for my next new toy lolol and if you have the blue light card you save just under £4000 which was a extra bonus they really do make you feel so welcome and don't forget when you buy a car you get to ring the bell then all of a sudden all the staff stands up and Cheers and claps which was a lovely feeling and abit embarrassing I'm a 51 year old bloke lolol I wanna say a big thankyou to everyone involved for making my dreams come true so glad to be joining the mg team for many years to come i just hope these couple of months go by fast Many thanks S wilebore 7/02/2022 👍❤️❤️❤️👍
