We purchased a 2017 plate Vauxhall Zafira Tourer from the Aldershot branch. Unfortunately on our drive back the engine light came on. We spoke with the Aldershot branch who advised us to contact our local Leicester branch using the the name of the car salesman as a reference. Shortly after that I noticed that the I was having to fight to get the car to go into first gear... When my husband came home from work he tried it and it wouldn't go into any gear. We spoke to Vauxhall Leicester and were passed over to Lisa the service center manager. I can not sing her praises enough. After speaking with the Aldershot branch she arranged for the car to be collected from our home - the gentleman collecting the car was able to use a 'trick of the trade' and was actually able to drive the car onto the tow truck! - he just 'kicked up' the clutch from underneath. Communication from Lisa has been amazing she has kept us updated throughout. I am really pleased with the service received from her which is why I am leaving this review. There are many companies who drag there feet when issues arise but Lisa has been pro active which is greatly appreciated. I know that sometimes things go wrong and I am okay with that however, for me it's all about how issues are handled when things do go wrong. The engine light issue & clutch/gearbox issue has been diagnosed and is being repaired. I can't comment on the repair at present but will update this review once we have the car back.

Disappointed with them, I live 18 miles away from them,asked if they could lend me a car while mine was dealt with, none available, so I have to hang around for 2 hours while they change steeringwheel lock. The car service process was good. Although I had to drop-off my car twice to get all the recommended faults fixed, I used the online process to authorize recommended faults but the faults were not fixed the first time hence the reason I had to drop-off again. Car valet after service could be better. Customer service was good too. I would recommend but advise to call the contact number rather than use the online process to get any recommended faults fixed.

I recently purchased the new vauxhall crossland from Drive Vauxhall Leicester and I had the most unbelievable experience ever, I have had many cars over the years and this was by far the best experience I have had when exchanging cars. Darshan who dealt with the sale and everything else was excellent, he made me feel comfortable (all being done over the phone due to current situations) through it all and I didn't feel pressured at all. He assured me if it wasn't ment to be then there wasn't a problem at all but he would do his best to make it work. Darshan was professional and friendly, easy to talk to and kept me updated all the time via emails and calls. The best thing I have ever received from a dealership was a personalised video with Adam walking around my car. I thought that was really nice of him. I have used a number of Drive Dealerships for purchase and service. I went to Drive Leicester and they found me the exact car i wanted, sadly it had a few issues, they tried to fix but eventually they replaced the car. Special mention must go to the General Manager, Tim Haycock, who along with Jayne in sales, helped resolve all issues. I am aware that there have been problems at the dealership but have to say that Tim has turned things around. My car is now due its MOT and Service (march 2020) , I am a little out of pick up range - my partner if pregnant and self isolating Tim has stepped up and helped sort a pick up and drop back. I highly recommend this Dealership, if could give more stars I would.

I left the review below after having a bad experience with Drive Vauxhall and i was then contacted by Peter Lee who stressed his concerns about my post. I couldn't applaud him more. I was very awkward and blunt with my issues and he handled everything with the utmost professionalism. He spent a lot of time on the phone listening to my issues and asked me to bring the car in and have a chat, upon doing this he resolved several issues I had with the car and arranged for me to have a car in replacement whilst mine was being fixed. I feel that a lot of the issues come from the communication from call centre to dealership which is out of the staffs control really but is something Vauxhall need to look into to make the process more efficient. I'll definitely be using Drive again after dealing with Peter. After a few times visiting over the last year this time round was exactly what I expected when buying from a main dealer. Great work. Appalling on all levels other than friendly staff but i didn't by a car to make friends

Had a slow puncture and had Kwik Fit replace the tire as it had a screw in it and after 4 days I noticed the tire was still slowly deflating, even with a new tire. I went to Vauxhall and they identified the issue (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System air valve and valve sealant was the issue) and had fixed the issue within 2 days, even during this troublesome time!

My experience of franchised dealers has been totally restored today following a problem with a car i collected and was due to drive back to London. On collection the brakes were obviously not working correctly and having contacted Drive Leicester I arranged to bring the car into them and they promised to have a look at the problem. i was met by Krishna and I cannot compliment her enough for the work she put in, along with the mechanics to get me back on the road. Krishna kept me fully informed of the progress and made sure that I could afford the work that was needed. I had my Corsa from here in 2016, after test driving the model I wanted I placed an order for mine as they didn't have the colour in stock here. Unfortunately after it finally arrived I realised it wasn't the same as the model I drove on the test drive as I'd requested my car to have the parking sensors and the reversing camera. So I recommend you make sure they get it right if you have to order a car as you don't realise something is different/ missing until you're driving it.

This is my second vehicle from drive Leicester, viewed the mokka which require a few items sorting, little dents and damage trimming. Adam was the salesman and looked after my requirements in a proffessional way. Collected the car a week later and the car had been well prepared. Review would have been 5 star but when I got home I noticed that the number plates had been replaced and the wrong digits had been applied. Had to drive all the way back for replacements .
