Excellent! East Midlands vans had a VW golf for sale (assuming it was from part exchange) I viewed the car around 5weeks ago, with my mechanic & was allowed to put an diagnostic machine on the car which results came back fantastic. The staff were excellent, honest & made the whole process easy. I left a deposit for the vehicle that day, but due to my previous car being written off, I had to wait until I was paid. This went on for 5 weeks, I was worried the company would eventually get tired of waiting, but they have been so patient & understanding. Can't thank them enough. Its a shame cars aren't their selling point as definitely recommend, but anyone needs a van I will definitely point them in the direction of East Midlands vans.

What an experience with these guys, that good I went back for another car amazing guys down there so easy to get along with, always put the customer first could not fault them I’m not the best with names but ASIF the main guy looking after me is a star and the best guy I’ve ever come across in the trade hand on heart knows so much and even when he wasn’t working due to personal circumstances he still got away to see me AMAZING GARAGE, AMAZING GUYS, AMAZING CUSTOMER. SERVICE from the top down to the bottom I would highly recommend this garage I don’t ever do reviews but I think for the circumstances it’s needed you will not regret and as soon as you speak to the guys you know your going to get looked after thanks again guys!!

I purchased a clean golf r from this company and I have to say the service I received was amazing. The process was quick and easy. They provided me with all the info I asked for and required for the purchase with no hassle. Once I purchased the car there was little problem with the car and they took it in and got it sorted very quick considering its corona period. Service here was great. Called up to view a car (Astra) they had only just had in and let me come and view it that day. Impressed with the car and how they didn’t make me feel awkward checking it over like some salesman do. They delivered it to my address 30 minutes away at no charge the next day at my request. Sorted paperwork for me so new V5 came to my address as it wasn’t present at time of sale. I also forgot to take an invoice with me and they very conveniently emailed me a copy of it that day. Couldn’t ask for a kinder place to buy a car from! Really happy from start to finish. Thanks guys!

Really impressed with the service I received from this company, absolutely went above and beyond. Made the trip all the way from London and got slightly lost near the entrance to Leicester (which is 2 minutes from where they're based!) and the chap at the branch came to my location and let me follow him the rest of the way. Only intended to get 1 van from here and another one from Derbyshire but they gave such a competitive price I put a deposit down on a second van and they let me come collect it the next weekend. Couldn't recommend more. Well done to the staff at EM Vans. Well done.

Just bought my dream car from Asif at EM Vans namely a 2016 BMW X5M, 28k miles at £38000. An expensive purchase. From first point of contact Asif was the best car dealer I have ever bought a car from. The car had a couple of issues after delivery and this is when Asif (Ali) stood out way above any after sales care I have ever had. Asif has put everything right that I have asked for including expensive new tyres, BMW checking the car over and its 4 year full service schedule.
